Wonderful customer service and we love our new mattress!! Best buy ever.

Great experience all round. In the shop and delivery. Lovely lady selling the beds & especially two Great delivery men.very helpfully & polite. Respected my home

No fault of Dreams, I just chose the wrong bed, but,
I have now gotten use to it, so all is well.

Massive thanks to the wonderful Jo who helped us choose a mattress. We had no clue what we were after, only the size we needed, but Jo sorted us out with Sleepmatch, different pillows to try and really helpful advice. Didn’t feel remotely pressured, she encouraged us to keep trying the mattresses until we found the right one. We were so impressed we ended up buying a bed frame too. Really impressed with the customer service, and the team who delivered and built our bed. And the mattress is perfect, so comfortable and has improved our quality of sleep dramatically.

All good from purchase to delivery. We have informed our friends over the service we received.

As previously stated, the bed base was delivered quickly, on time and efficiently by Jack and colleague.

First I would like to give massive thank you to Chris that dealt with us in dreams in llantrisant he was so kind &careing picked the right bed and mattress to really help with my husband disability not being able to lay flat and my disability wat an amazing man met all our needs fair play couldn't help us enough god bless him then the boys that delivered bed had it up in no time wonderful 😊 the bed has made a big difference to my husbands needs he's been sleeping much better wat a Big difference in him it took me few nights to get used to it as I've never had memory foam mattress before it's absolutely great now I just wish we'd had this bed and mattress few years ago thank you all so very much 😊and a special thank you for you all that spoiled us with a lovely cuppa tea ☕ and welcome soon as we arrived at the store you was all amazing 😍 😍😍

Absolutely amazing. My daughter bought a new bed and mattress. We bought a new mattress. They offered us the machine to find out what mattress would suit us. Very helpful, no hard sell. Definitely recommend this store in Llantrisant.
