Mattress very comfortable lad delivered it in good time and helped me take it up stairs adi and ste very sociable and explained how to care for the mattress in a very respectful manner

Great service from start to finish. Given plenty of advice to help us choose our new bed ( and pillows) and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Delivered on time and installed in our bedroom and old one taken away . Excellent service.

From the salesman Noah at the showroom on Edge Lane. We were made to feel special.
Shown all the options , prices were explained clearly and openly.
The delivery drivers Christian and Daniel arrived on time with calls to explain schedule.
They were quick, methodical and tidy workers in taking away old bed and putting together the new bed.

The lady who served us wasn’t pushy she left us to look and was available to answer our questions. She was vey knowledgeable and gave us a great deal.

Delivery was excellent the 2 young boys who came did a great job as the mattress was huge and extremely heavy.

We visited the Dreams store with the intention of just browsing, as we had already looked online but weren’t sure which mattress would suit us best. From the moment we arrived, Kelly approached us in a friendly and professional manner and completely transformed our experience.

Helpful assistant, I can’t remember his name. Showed us the trial bed to lie on the get the right bed. Showed us different mattresses and explained everything about them. And helped in choosing the bed itself.

The delivery men were excellent to very professional. Very quick putting it al together, and explained everything about bed.
