the staff in the shop are really helpful, not pushy and they are friendly. the staff in customer service are really helpful and pleasant. the delivery drivers were great very professional, took my bed to a loft room and it was quite difficult but they did it thankyou

We purchased a bed, mattress and headboard from Dreams. The service in the shop was excellent and the delivery service was also first class. Communication about the delivery was accurate. We will definitely use Dreams again. Indeed this was the third time we had purchased large items from the Edge Lane store.

Chris and Jake delivered the mattress we ordered from the Dreams shop. They contacted me previously to confirm the date and time of delivery, then contacted me on the day to confirm the time they would deliver the mattress, in fact they delivered it earlier which was really good service. They where extremely professional and smart in their appearance and also wore slip on covers over their shoes to protect the carpets etc. Chris took the mattress upstairs while Jake took the old mattress away
Chris informed us to let the mattress settle before we put the bedding on. They also took away all the packaging. Excellent service.

Kelly at Edge Lane Liverpool was outstanding and very knowledgeable in relation to products.

My experience with dreams is very good. They went through all the details of the mattress we picked and we also picked a bed frame. Very pleased with choice and they arrived on the date and time requested.

The moment I walked into Dreams on Edge lane Liverpool I was approached by an assistant in a friendly manner.
Her knowledge of the product helped me make my decision.
There’s a lot to choose from but her guidance helped me choose.
The delivery was on time great communication throughout and the guys delivered and took old mattresses away.
I will definitely go back when I need another new bed.

Rubbish! No returns policy if you but in store even if some of the items purchased weren't available to view/test. No one told me there was no returns in store. Disgusted!! Won't use again

We bought a tempa mattress & bed frame. Cannot tell you how comfortable the mattress is. The frame has a massive amount of storage space underneath. Absolutely delighted with it. We can’t wait to get in.
