Great service after we decided that we'd not made the best choice. The exchange service was unexpected but a real bonus.

After browsing online we decided that buying a mattress should really be a physical appearance at a shop.
We decided on dreams after seeing about their sleep match system. And despite feeling a bit daft for 3 minutes the process was worthwhile as it eliminated nearly all the hybrid mattresses I'd seen online.
The lady assisting was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience unrushed and without pressure. ( even revisting our favourites several times so we could finally whittle down to one)
The lead time on our mattress is a bit longer than we hoped for at one month but the instore experience was spot on

I picked a delivery date to suit me and Dreams kept me up to date with relevant delivery information including an exact time slot. The price was good on our chosen product and we felt we were well advised in the shop.

What an excellent firm double bed mattress and for a very reasonable price. It was only when taking the old mattress off the bed did we realise it was also a Dream one, which had served us very well for so many years we're not quite sure the total. The new one is equally conformable but much lighter to turn over, which is recommended regularly in the first few weeks and monthly thereafter. We've found it very relaxing and slept amazing well in since "night" one!

I was very impressed with my experience with Dreams beds of Lincoln. Very helpful staff and patient when I was making my choice. Delivery was spot on and the two drivers were very considerate, tidy and clean.

I would like to rate my experience with Dreams as excellent. I enjoyed a leisurely walk around the showroom and I approached the staff member when I was ready for further information. They listened to the sort of mattress I was looking for and directed me to it and it was perfect. I am sleeping very well on the new mattress and I would highly recommend Dreams.
