Promised a refund as the price drop was the next day and it didn’t materialise. Beware

Unfortunately I didn't ask for the girls name who served me and my wife, who was amazing from the minute we walked in to the showroom. She was very kind very helpful and knew what she was talking about. We did the mattress test and she found us the perfect mattress after showing a range of compatible mattresses. We were offered drinks throughout our stay.10/10 for her great service.

Very friendly and efficient service. The staff were great.

The gentleman serving was very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure selling just gave me time to decide
What would have given it a better rating would be to have been acknowledged as I walked into the store. Plenty staff standing around just chatting amongst themselves

Jess at fosse park leicester was absolutely amazinggg. So kind and informative. Explained everything in detail and helped us choose a mattress that would work perfectly for us. Dreams is lucky to have jess working for them. Thankyou jess!!

We had a great experience selecting a super king bed at the Dreams Fosse Park showroom, thanks to their helpful team. However, the subsequent delivery process was unacceptable.

The initial delivery attempt was cancelled because it had missing components (only half a divan base). A month later, the second scheduled delivery was canceled at the last minute due to missing stock (the mattress was missing this time, which seemed just unbelievable). We received financial compensation for each delay.

The third delivery slot we were offered was another wait of 6 weeks, and offering a blow-up bed or loan mattress for our visiting international guests was completely unacceptable for a major retailer.

We ultimately canceled the order and bought from another retailer who delivered in three days. The excellent staff in the showroom are being severely let down by the shambolic delivery execution and inventory management.

We went with every intention of buying a mattress, the assistant pointed out the sleep test to find what type of mattress suited us best so we did it then began looking around and trying various mattresses. Eventually we decided on the one we wanted and found the same assistant to process the order. The assistant was called Jess and she was very helpful without being pushy my only disappointment was the lengthy time we have to wait for delivery which is 1 month

Christopher was lovely,he listened to what I needed and there was no pushy selling. He pointed me to the right items within my budget and got me exactly what I needed at a great price with the deals that were on.
Both members of staff were very friendly the only slight downside was the delivery wait times but assured me they would try to get my order soon if possible

Staff member Chris served us and he was great, explained everything clearly and explained the offers.

The service was very good the lady took time to explain everything to us very good nothing too much for us.

Being unsure exactly what I wanted I was met by Debbie who really couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Not at all rushed and a very good service overall.

Very welcoming. Let us have time to look around at our options, regarding choice of a new mattress. Debbie was very informative and was at all pushy.Choose two Tempor mattresses, double and king size. A good experience all round.

We were looking for a new bed and the lady who served us was knowledgeable to the beds in the shop sh was helpful patient and explained everything very clearly we did know what we wanted but leaving the shop we were given all the information clearly and was so nice we will go back to dreams at fosse park again when we want to replace a bed in our 4 bedroom house

Really felt as though assistant listened to my needs physical and financial. Greeted in a friendly manner offered refreshments, on more than one occasion, and I although I deliberated long and hard didn’t make me feel a nuisance. Very patient and understanding.

Both Ian (Sales Advisor) and Rachel (Manager) instore were brilliant and extremely helpful, whilst maintaining neutral enough to allow you to make your own decisions on what to purchase.

Dreams as a whole has a good selection of mattresses and we are pleased we have chosen to purchase from there.

I visited the Dreams Leicester branch at Fosse Park today and had a fantastic experience. I was very impressed with the wide range of beds and mattresses available, as well as the excellent customer service.

A special thank you to Nirali for her wonderful help and guidance. She was very friendly, patient and professional, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Her knowledge and helpful advice made choosing the right bed and mattress so much easier.
