Purchase of New Bed
I was happy with the service given by shop staff in Dreams Store in Irvine when choosing an ottoman bed on 7th May 2025. Order no:352A009162.However after a period of time their was a strong smell from the wooden ottoman frame. I contacted dreams customer services team 16/10/25 to informed them that I had taken pictures of what looked like mould covering the wooden bed frame under the mattress. I was advised that a Technician would visit my home on 11/11/25 Mould confirmed and advised that bed was unfit/unsafe to health/safety .Customer services eventually agreed and compensation was to be further discussed but to date has not been agreed. The bed was uplifted on 9th Dec 2025 and another bed purchased and delivered 9/12/25 .Advised that a senior staff member would contact to further discuss compensation, however to date no call received .
Customer services to be reviewed as unhappy with their response and lack of empathy to a very stressful experience as bed was unsafe and unfit to be used .

What I really liked was being able to go into Dreams to try the beds as often as I wanted. The staff were very helpful and explained the different features of the beds I was interested in. I was then able to make an informed decision and was confident that the one I eventually chose was the right one for me. I am very happy with my new bed.

Thanks to Debbie from your Irvine branch we found the perfect bed for our little girl and the most comfortable mattress , with pain issues the sleep analysis machine recommended numerous mattresses which we chose from. Thanks again for your time and patience.

Positive feeling from instore staff they explained everything about the various beds Now that I have received my bed and used for a few weeks I am delighted with it. I must also mention the delivery drivers they done all the hard work nothing was to much trouble for them

From entering the store I was met by some excellent staff who new the product and could answer all my questions and offer advice on an adjustable bed I felt at home and not been led down the garden path after trying plenty of mattresses and bed types I came to a very successful result
