staff was great welcomed as i walked in the store and offered a drink so good start. the machine is incredible showed me i probably had the wrong mattress all my life now look forward to seeing what the correct one does for me

The Sales Assistant was extremely helpful and when the bed and mattress were delivered the guys were great.

Great customer service
Very knowledgeable staff, once we had tried the sleep technology we were allowed to try as many beds as we wanted. There was no pressure to buy, so we felt very comfortable to take our time. Went back a week later and made our purchase. Excellent service again. Delivery was on time and the guys were very professional and a credit to the company. Thank you dreams for many everything so simple.

Very good delivery put my bed together even though l wasn't told that it was £30 to do this so they didn't charge me!
