Dave @ Dreams Huntington...Legend
We visited the Huntingdon branch of Dreams having no real idea of what frame or mattress we wanted. A sales assistant called Dave came over and introduced himself and offered us both a cup of tea or coffee...Bonus! whilst we took some time to review the various styles and offers. Dave was brilliant and his product knowledge and suggestions made the overall experience fantastic. Dave did this without trying to oversell products or suggest the most expensive beds. This just added to the overall customer journey. I would and will recomend Dreams in Huntington, especially Dave. Need to be more natural poeple like this in the service industry. Keep up the good work Dave!

Terrible fitting workmanship
The delivery time kept changing. The fitters put the bed together incorrectly, leaving one corner off the floor and twisted. The bottom boards would not fit properly and I had to do this myself. Totally amateur and hashed together. For the price we paid to have it assembled. Would not use you again. Beyond the pale
I recd a phone call from Dreams customer services the day after my review. I have to now congratulate dreams for owning their error and successfully resolving the issue. The mistake they made cannot be undone, however their response to resolve the situation far outweighs the mistake. After this I WOULD use them again. 1st class customer service .
