Thanks for such such friendly, consultative and informative advice as we searched for our son's bed. We were able to browse, ask any questions and didn't feel like we were being given the hard sell. Communication about what to expect with delivery was great.

Good range of products and great customer service

I have been wanting a new velvet headboard so I have been looking online for the right one. I had seen some on the Dreams website so I ordered the fabric swatches to check the colour was what I wanted and the actual material.
I went with some friends to our local shop and they had a very large selection. I saw the one that I thought was my favourite but then one of my friends spotted another in the colour and fabric I wanted and that was decision made. The staff were friendly and knew their stock really well. I was very happy. And one of my friends went back after a couple of days and bought a bedframe. Delivery time was good too.

Dreams were very accommodating regarding holding delivery of our order until we were ready to accept it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Fabulous service from once I enter the store until the bed was delivered. Couldn’t fault any of the process would certainly use them again

I am writing this review not necessarily based on my mattress as we haven’t had a great time with the mattress we brought and getting it replaced HOWEVER I think the customer service at the Hedge End store we had really is worth writing about.

My husband and I visited once to try to sorting out a faulty mattress and then again when it came to choosing a replacement. We were so impressed with Nicky, who works in the Hedge End store. Her customer service was excellent, supporting us to find the right products, address the things we needed. Nicky really knows her products, which could work for different people and their needs and can’t thank her enough. :)

The young man who served us was fantastic so patient talked up through everything to do with the right mattress tester. Showed us what the machine had said and showed up 6 beds in all. I was so content with the first bed he showed us and chose that one the others were just not for me if which he explained in great detail. He was kind considerate really honest and open. So I chose the bed I wanted paid the money and came home. The bed was delivered the delivery men were exceptional ask where the bed was to go and gave us so much time very courteous men. Done the Company and the customer a good service all the way through from looking at the beds, deciding which one and delivery and the men involved were exceptional, They all done Dreams proud could not ask for anything better. 10/10 and more.

Julie was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . I needed a good quality single mattress for a spare bed and didn’t want to spend the earth, nor want ‘over the top’ sales pitch. A pleasant experience all round. That’s two mattresses I’ve bought there.

Visited Hedge End store today for a new mattress.
Went into the shop, was not pounced upon by any staff, which was wonderful.
We wandered around, tried all different beds.
Eventually spoke to Carl who helped us immensely, with his help we tried a few different beds with and without toppers. We decided on a Flaxby mattress with topper which will be delivered in May.
So excited and Carl makes an excellent cup of tea btw! Thanks Carl.
The shop was bright and airy and very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed/mattress without the stress of power selling!!!

Julie was lovely, gave us space, but was also very helpful. Didn't take us long to find our bed, mattress, and pillows. Really great experience!

Sean and Knight were brilliant with the delivery and I am extremely happy with the whole experience with Dreams. This began with really good customer service from Ben, who was very professional and took us through all of the options including a really clever simulator mattress which gathers data on how you sleep and recommends the best type of mattress for you. I highly recommend Hedge End Dreams store.

Great service instore and delivery information. Would have been very helpfull if we were advised about having to put our old mattress in a green bag.

Carl was very patient, knowledgeable and didnt pressure us at all. He took the time to explain all sorts of options and really knew his stuff. We ended up with a great deal, and really looking forward to our new mattress arriving!
