The company have well trained people…
The company have well trained people who know what they are doing. Very polite, very helpful. In all a great job well done. Delivery was easy and the men were very helpful.

Great product and great customer service from the moment we entered the store. We were sceptical about the bed lab but it was very helpful in choosing the correct mattress. A very good experience.

New bed and Mattress
I was very impressed with the professionalism and depth of knowledge received. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and, with the help of the assistant, was able to make an excellent choice. I now can’t wait for my new bed to be delivered and know I will get a good nights sleep.

The entire experience start to finish…wonderful
The entire experience start to finish was wonderful. Never realised just how important a mattress was but now l know after sleeping for 1 week on the mattress specially selected for us based on the mattress test. Never slept so comfortably. Thank you to the lady that helped us from beginning to end. Her name has left me but South African lady.

The shopping experience was excellent
The shopping experience was excellent, the communication was excellent especially from the delivery perspective and especially so when the wrong bed got delivered the communication excellence kicked in, they worked overtime to rectify the situation. It’s always been my opinion that a company that handles complaints with diplomacy and care is deserving of high praise. I would highly recommend using this company.

Excellent all round - very happy customer
From the expertise in the showroom, to the excellent delivery guys taking all my old bed away and building my new bed - it's been great. Couldn't have asked for better service. My new bed and mattress are perfect - I'm getting a great nights sleep now!

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent customer service, relaxed, open discussions and allowed us time to figure out what we wanted.
The mattress is perfect and we are so happy with it!

Helpful staff and great experience
We were welcomed to the store when we entered the store.
Douglas explained to us the difference between the beds, so fixed headboards and the headboards that are move up and down. He also went through the different in prices.
Douglas then let us have a look around without be hassled, with the information we had been given to begin with, we were abke to find the bed we were after very quickly.
