A great experience, highly recommended.
Colleague Michael greeted us at the door, took us to Sleep Match, offered us a drink and was very, very patient. No heavy sales tactics and altogether a great experience in store. I ordered a bed and mattress and when it arrived the two delivery men were fantastic as well, very friendly, helpful and pleasant. They put shoe covers on and were very respectful of my property, clearing up after they had unpacked the new bed. They explained clearly the controls for my adjustable bed and I have been very happy with the products and service overall.

We went to the shop very first time the staff where so helpful giving us advise and explained everything about the bed , we choose the bed has been delivered and took it upstairs and put it together everything was just perfect and I can recommend to everybody who’s wants to purchase a bed

Lovely Dreams
Excellent service from start to finish. I was made aware of different mattresses and was able with confidence to choose a mattress which suited me.
Also good to know my old mattress will not go to landfill!

Very friendly and helpful assistant at the store. Managed to choose mattress that was most comfortable but firm. The bed arrived during the stated delivery time and the delivery men were very professional and took the old mattress.

Shopping for the bed the staff was very helpful and the delivery was on time as they said the delivery personel worked well and very quick and cleared up well and took the old dismantled bed away left me feeling very happy

We're very pleased with our new mattress
Samuel, our sales associate at the Enfield Dreams did a great job. He worked out our budget and showed us a range of mattresses. We never felt any pressure to choose one mattress over another. Scott and Matty delivered our mattress on schedule.

I am really happy with my new bed.
I am really happy with my new bed and mattress. I tried sleep match so I got the right one. The bed arrived promptly and was assembled by the friendly delivery team within a few minutes. The in store service was efficient, friendly and consideration was given to accommodate my disability. I was offered a hot drink and all options were explained to me re price and availability.
