Unfortunately I have to tell you that we are not enjoying the mattress. It is only three weeks off use but so far it has been really uncomfortable , if things don't improve I may have to return it.

Rachael at Dreams East Kilbride
Rachael, the young lady who helped us, was friendly, polite and knew her products well. We were invited to try the “magic bed” to find the best mattress for us and were then shown a variety of different ones based on this. We knew what kind of bedbase we wanted so were pointed in the right direction to make our choice. Advice was available at every stage but there was no pressure and no “hard sell”. Our choices and information were carefully checked to ensure we were happy. A very pleasant experience.

They really know their stuff at Dreams. Excellent service, very knowledgeable about their products and keen to match you to what suits your needs so that you can enjoy a good nights sleep.
Service from choosing to delivery excellent delivering on time within a two hour window. Would shop there again without hesitation.

Friendly and efficient service
The staff greeted us warmly and even offered tea/coffee. Michaela was very helpful and arranged to have our ottoman delivered on a date that suited us.
The delivery was as arranged. The delivery staff were friendly and checked we were happy with where they left the ottoman.
We would recommend Dreams.

A lovely new bed!
Had a very helpful assistant help us when we bought our new bed. Only had it a week, and still getting used to the new mattress, but so far, so good.

Great Products
Visited the showroom & the staff were very friendly & helpful.Plenty of choice & great deals on just now. Ordering & delivery went very smoothly, would recommend shopping here.
