Excellent service, well informed all of the way. delivered on time and assembled with no problems by very efficient and pleasant operatives, who were pleasant to speak with and very appreciative of my home and its contents.

Went into Dunfermline store to look at bed frames.Julie came over and said I'm new to my job but if you need any help just ask.I seen a bed frame I liked and Julie was so helpful if I asked about the bed Julie asked a colleague if she was not sure .Julie was so friendly and helpful I said I would bring in my husband to check the bed as its a shared item.We both went in on Sunday to purchase our bed and was assisted with Tony who is the branch manager I mentioned about Julie's service which Tony was happy to hear that's what I call excellent customer service.

Visiting Dreams, seeing their range, purchasing and having it delivered went well. I don't give 5 stars because when they followed up with asking me to complete a short survey, I was willing until I read their terms and conditions. Access to interrogate my computer. That's a liberty. I tried to reply to their request but it came from a "no reply" address. Going online to contact customer services my email was returned "no reply" just like the address given on this e-mail asking me to give a trust pilot review. To take the time to give dreams a completed survey is in their interest, to improve sales. It is not in the customers interest to have their computer interrogated by Dreams. I get enough SPAM without inviting it. This to me is indicative of a company more interested in future sales than, "how was your sleep?"

The bed and mattress are excellent

The freedom to browse, if we had questions there was someone there to answer, the relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness of our assistant, I'm think her name was adele, best ever, recommend this branch to anyone.

We were greeted by Amy, she was so helpful and explained everything to us.
We tried out several mattresses and found the perfect one for us.
