As soon as I walked into the store in doncaster I was welcomed with a huge hello and smile! Left me alone to browse and said she was there if I needed any assistance

First rate experience in store to purchase new bed and mattress. On time delivery with excellent communications. Very efficient installation in room of our choice AND removal of old mattress.
Having used new bed for just over a week now, we are highly delighted and sleeping well.
That's value for money!

Service in the store was excellent, staff friendly and courteous. Went through all our options. Delivery date made and bed delivered on time. Delivery men were fabulous, courteous. Took our old mattress away. Perfect gentlemen. Very please with everything.

Good service and offered to hold onto our order until we were ready for the delivery and install to be carried out.

thankyou for your reply to my trust pilot remarks about Dreamworld. I have now been paid the deposite but I like to know why it was 45 pounds short of the full amount I paid.

The showroom is very well set out, and the bed machine is excellent.
Great choice of mattresses.
The Tempur mattress cost more than we had planned to spend, but it is excellent.

The team at Dreams is absolutely fantastic, from the friendly and helpful staff in-store to the professional team who fitted our bed. The service throughout has been exceptional.We absolutely love the bed, it’s incredibly comfortable and offers a huge amount of storage space, which has made such a difference. The added feature of having a television built in is truly the cherry on top.Thank you all for such a brilliant experience!

David and Haydn were fantastic—very helpful throughout. The discount we received was superb, and the whole experience so far has been great. We’re still waiting for our bed to arrive, but I’m confident our sleep will be much better once it does. Highly recommended!

Given time to browse without being pestered then listened to on what I specifically wanted and given unbiased information and abvice.

Very impressed by the whole process. Ordering was seamless. Mum took ill in the shop and they couldn't do enough for her. Delivery was communicated well with texts and emails. The delivery guys (2 x Michaels) were very professional and respected my home and they didn't rush the build of the bed and took their time and ensured everything was as it should be. Thank you Dreams at Doncaster to all concerned, excellent job.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Excellent customer service from a young guy called Haydn.who went above and beyond, friendly, knowledgeable, who deserves recognition.

The way you reacted to being told it was the wrong address you were initially going to deliver to. You quickly rectified this and delivered correctly by changing the time of delivery We did receive it in time Thank you
