Absolutely fantastic customer service…
Absolutely fantastic customer service today. Had a problem with my new mattress and they did nt even quibble about it just exchanged it for any other mattress and waived the delivery charge as well. Great company to deal with. Polite and sympathetic. Thank you Dreams. Went into Dreams at Dartford to speak about it and they were amazing. Offered us both a cup of tea. Thank you Raymond. Raymond and Katie were just amazing. Raymond showed me. Lots of beds and was so helpful. Katie sorted out the finances and went above the call of dutie to help us. I cannot express enough how lovely and helpful Raymond and Katie were and also customer services. I would recommend them to Anyone. They are a credit to Dreams and I just want them to be recognised as amazing people.

The visit to the shop in Dartford Kent…
The visit to the shop in Dartford Kent was a great experience, staff were helpful and polite, we tried the sleep match and got positive results, which led us to a mattress which is very comfortable. Delivery was on time and driver and mate where very helpful and friendly

Smart bed, perfect mattress, excellent sales and delivery team
Seamless service from the time I walked into the store on 24th December to its delivery and installation. Excellent product, I was pleased with how well it fit into my guest bedroom and the mattress is very comfortable as per feedback from a very important person who's been sleeping on it for 2 weeks now. Sturdy , no creaking noise, the trundle feature is perfect. Thank you Dreams @ Dartford

Great mattress
Great mattress, comfortable from the first night. Delivered on time and taken to the room of our choice. Always buy our mattresses from Dreams as never had any problems with them. Sales staff in Dartford branch always very helpful.

Free delivery at Dreams.
Already knew what headboard I wanted. The member if staff was able to show me the material, and colours available. The delivery was free, could have been delivered a bit quicker it took about two weeks to come.
