The lady was so helpful, we tried the sleep match and she showed us the mattress that would suit us. No pressure to buy, made us a cup of coffee to discuss with each other our options.

I only popped in to enquire

I only popped in to enquire. The lady that served me was so helpful, nothing was to much, she was not pushy but gave me a good description of every mattress I laid on. She gave me a pillow for comfort. I couldn’t fault my experience to be honest.

Great experience

In store the manager was brilliant, talked us through everything, left us alone to decide, didn’t feel pressured and the process was very easy and pleasant. Delivery was excellent, 2 hour slot text the day before, driver then range us to say they were ahead of schedule. Delivery drivers arrived donned overshoes without even asking and carried everything straight up to the room it would be built in without so much as knocking one picture askew.

The bed without it problems on delivery… The bed without it problems on delivery is very comfortable for us. BUT The problems of the headboard needing to be put to the end where the smaller draws are,

BUT The problems of the headboard needing to be put to the end where the smaller draws are, can be a nuisance.
The gents who set the bed up for us mentioned there had been a problem getting the mattress upstairs. It wasn’t until we allowed the bed to settle, as instructed to leave making up the bed that we noticed a dent in the edge at the end of the mattress.
I have already mentioned this matter in the last response to the email you sent to me.
When spending £3, 000 + it is rather annoying, especially when I am only getting another effort on your part to send out asking for another review on how well you are doing.
So if I could I would be changing the star rate to 3.***

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with attaching the headboard to your bed and an issue with your mattress.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Sales advisor was extremely professional and assisted in choosing the right mattress and bed frame. Delivery was on time and the delivery agents were very helpful and polite.
