First rate buying experience, from helpful store staff to efficient and friendly delivery (and quicker than expected). Very pleased all round.

Very good delivery, called first and we’re on time. They put the bed together as there were electrical fittings and made sure everything was working and took the time to show us
No issues with the bed at all.

Very Helpful Staff , not pushy , perfect delivery aswell

After struggling with back pain for years my new mattress has meant I wake up less in pain. Great service form choosing the best mattress in the shop to delivery. Highly recommended.

Lovely bed, great service

Really pleased with new Tempur mattress and the in store process for helping to choose one was surprisingly good. The staff were also very helpful at the Colchester tollgate store. Delivery was around a week so also very good. Would use Dreams again.

Just brilliant

Our experience at dreams was excellent. We dropped in only to have a look. After a few minutes the sales assistant Rob, came over and explained what was on offer. Having gone through the process of lying on the bed analyser Rob showed us two beds which would be suitable for us. Rob then went to get us both a coffee and advised us to lie on both beds and get a feel for which one we would like. Robs manner, courtesy and assistance was so helpful and we decided to buy the bed and mattress. He went through everything systematically and explained the whole process. His guidance manner and helpfulness should be recognised.
One point which does NOT reflect on Rob was the rudeness of the assistant manager. We had just laid on the bed after Rob had gone to get us a coffee, he asked us to move off the bed as he had customers who wanted to try it. Dutifully we got off but he was very rude to ask this and didn’t have the courtesy to even say thank you! He needs training on customer engagement.

Just purchased a new king size bed mattress in the Christmas sale. Store manager was extremely helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. I was put on the machine to help me choose the correct mattress. I was very impressed with the machine. And got a great Christmas sale deal on my mattress.

Excellent sales staff in Colchester Dreams. Quick delivery by lovely guys. Bed good value.

An amazing bed sold by a great group of people delivered by an amazing team

We visited our local Dreams store in Colchester as we’re having sleep issues to look into changing our mattress which is a Tempur one. We were greeted by a lovely lady named Eve who listened to the issues we were having and guided us to the Sleepmatch bed where she clearly explained the benefits of trying this first. Eve also offered us all a drink and these were brought to us whilst we used the test bed.
Having gone through the process she immediately removed the Tempur options from the list, selected pillows to match our sleep needs and took us round the beds in store to test each one on the list to find our preferred fit. She never once rushed us but gave us plenty of time to test, move on, return to earlier choices until we were fully satisfied.
She then went clearly through all steps of purchase and the options available vs the additional costs until we were fully happy.
The whole experience was so amazing my father-in-law who was with us (& notoriously picky) also asked to look at a new bed as he’d gone off trying a couple on his own.
Again Eve took as much time as he needed to select what he wanted and made suggestions as to what might work for him. Eve then went through the whole process for him and sent us home with a very warm goodbye, the prices for him to mull over and our order details.
Dreams now have 3 orders and a wonderful reputation - thank you Eve.

Customer service in store was excellent, no chasing around like some stores.

Given clear and understandable advice/guidance.

Delivery came early on the day, which was good.

All members of the team were professional and polite.

Dreams being a first for me was very positive experience and therefore one that I would recommend.
