Bought a new bed from Dreams it is really well made and I am so happy with it I now have a comfortable good nights sleep. The customer services e was great right from buying where the staff knew everything possible about beds to the delivery on delivery they put the bed together for me and made no mess and took away all the packaging. All the staff were really helpful, polite and freindly

I had a price range to stick to so I purchased a mattress online which wasn't in the store.

Excellent service at the showroom. Delivery time and delivery process were first class. The mattress is very comfortable an we are so pleased.

This is the third time we have used Dreams Clydebank and the people in the store couldn't be more helpful. Choosing a bed is tricky and the staff know how to be helpful without interfering! The whole process has been seamless.
We subsequently had an issue with the bed base and the customer service team sprang into action immediately and sorted it out for us by delivering a replacement. I couldn't rate the team more highly.
We will definitely be back again in the future.

I love my new bed it's fantastic. My experience in the shop was great. Debbie never pressured me in to anything I felt very comfortable to take my time ( and I did about 3 hours ) and felt I could change my mind lot's of times. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Overall good experience with good communication on delivery day and time slot.
Only negative issue was bed came with castors which I didn’t know and as I have wooden floors causes difficulties.
