Dreams are a very good friendly company easy to use and good customer relations

I am really disappointed about the service delivery never arrived at the date and the information in the shop rude the man in the shop hung up on me and now I don't my bed and I have to mended the someone else mistake so if I am you thinking twice to go a purchase on dreams Clapham Common shop

no lies no hard sale bed base is perfect. from buying in store to delivery everything was spot on

great installers, no issues, old stuff removed. quality job

the sofa bed is so uncomfortable to sleep on really is i bought a mattress topper to try and help but its no defferent up most nights with backache

I initially left a very low rating for Dreams due to poor communication on when my mattress would be delivered, specifically in relation to Next Day delivery when ordering on a Friday - I was told in the store I would get a call later that day to arrange delivery, I didn’t receive a call and when I followed up on Monday the online help said that if you order on a Friday, it won't be delivered until Tuesday. While I still believe they need to be clearer in store about what Next Day means, they contacted me after my initial review and took steps to address my complaint which were appreciated and this together with the quality of the mattress have led me to revise my score.

Very pleasant experience. Ola guided us through the wide selection of mattresses, and after we selected the one we loved, Ola offered us a good deal including extended warranty. The delivery was fast, the delivery guys moved our order to our appartment (ground floor). The mattress is the best I've ever had, so comfortable. I wake up every morning feeling restful and happy.

I had a great experience overall! The sales assistant in-store was fantastic—really helpful and made the process easy. The bed is exactly what I wanted, and the delivery team did a great job. The only thing I’d mention is that the delivery time was a bit longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. Very happy with my purchase!
