New computer system prevented me from buying a bedside unit.
I wanted to buy a bedside unit but as it was in the sale I could not buy it on the day as it seems the new computer system would not allow it to be sold on that day.
The staff were very helpful and reserved the item and I went to the shop a few days later.
When I arrived the new computer system would still not allow me to purchase the unit.
Again the staff were very helpful, worked very hard and eventually I was able to pay for the unit although the new computer system would not give me a receipt.
Someone in control of the IT systems needs to get their act together as they are making very hard for the sales people and sales may suffer.

Excellent service and product
Excellent service from selecting a new tempur mattress in store to the delivery. Since the first night of sleeping on our new mattress we have slept better than we have in years. Highly recommend the mattress and the service from Dreams.

Excellent service from staff and quality products.
As soon as we entered the Dreams store in Chester the customer experience was first class. Graeme the store assistant was more than helpful. He explained everything so well as there is so much choice and I wanted to know all the details he was very patient. I noticed he had done something to his leg but that did not defer him from offering top class service and knowledge to me which you do not often get in stores these days, some store staff seem to know very little about what they are selling. It was an expensive purchase as I invested in a Tempur mattress for my son, however, Graeme gave me the confidence from start to finish of purchasing it. I had also had my 13 year old son with me who the other staff were excellent with. I also want to mention the delivery this was a very smooth process, from the excellent communication with the delivery times and the staff who delivered the mattress. I will definitely be returning to Dreams we have used them before, purchasing 3 beds and mattresses from the Wrexham store which is no longer there, Thank you.

Buying a bed from DREAMS in CHESTER was fun.
Peter from Dreams in Chester was helpful, knew his products and gave me time to try several mattresses before I chose. He told me all about the features of my adjustable bed and helped me chose the model that was right for me. I was made to feel welcome and the atmosphere in the store was fun, with several members of staff joining in to make my experience in the store special.To top it all,I was given a coffee that was just right ( not too strong)

From beginning to end, the service we received from the Chester store was excellent. In store, Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, and struck the perfect balance giving us clear, helpful guidance on the different mattress options without overwhelming us.
The delivery experience was just as impressive. Communication was excellent throughout, with updates on our delivery time and a courtesy call from the team when they were 15 minutes away. When they arrived, they were friendly, respectful, and took great care when bringing the mattress upstairs.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dreams, Chester.
