Very pleased
Mattress delivered when arranged by two friendly and helpful drivers. Store assistant knowledgeable and helpful when ordering and not pushy. Mattress fits the bill at a good price for what we want.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Superb customer service from the minute we entered the Store. Sales staff listened to everything we said regarding mattresses and talked us through the different mattresses we tried.

The attention we were given in store was great. Eve explained everything, understood our needs, showed us a variety of mattresses and gave us time to try them out without any pressure of buying.
Buying was simple and quick.
The delivery team were great, kept informed and the guys were friendly and polite.

I recommend this store
I could not recommend this store enough! The lady that served me (Lynn) was very accommodating and helpful, she showed great interest in what I was looking for and helped me to achieve it keeping my budget in mind at all times. I was able to use the machine that determines what kind of mattress would be best suited for myself which was a nice touch and nice to know exactly what I should be getting. The service was great, absolutely no pressure to make a purchase, and was able to test out a variety of mattresses (and pillows) until I could decide which one to go for. The prices are very reasonable compared to other stores I previously went to and they offer free delivery and also take the mattress to the room for you too. Overall a great experience and I am happy with my purchases.

Excellent In Store Service.
The store was very well presented. We were allowed to browse on our own for some time before being approached by a salesperson. Maria had excellent product knowlage, listend to our needs and gave us some good advice to help us choose our new bed and matttress without trying to push us over our budget. A very pleasent experiance from start to finish.

Sales assistant was so helpful
Eve was great, found exactly what we wanted and we could try it out in store. Mattress was on sale so even better. Quick and FREE delivery when some stores wanted £40-100 for that!
