Dreams - Carmarthen Recensioni 

The salesperson in Carmarthen was extremely helpful when I was trying to choose a mattress and I was able to try out a mattress testing machine. The mattress was delivered within a week very efficiently and all packaging was taken away and the care of it was explained. I have had the mattress just two weeks and am really pleased with the comfort. I have not given a ten only because I have had it such a short time. So far so good.

Well I have to say you know how good a company is when things go wrong.

The response from Peter who has dealt with our complaint has simply gone above and beyond.

I can’t thank him enough for what he has done and following his actions I can honestly say I’m going to come back and keep buying from Dreams and recommend Dreams to all.

Visited the Carmarthen store last week, and were very ably assisted by Abi, who was able to answer all our questions, whilst giving us plenty of advice and enough time to test a number of mattresses. We (awkwardly!) decided to change our order the next day, but all the revised paperwork etc was handled efficiently, and we left with a very positive view of the store and its staff, who definitely went 'above and beyond'.

An easy stress-free process of ordering the bed and arranging delivery. The delivery drivers were friendly and professional and did a great job. The bed is really comfortable and attractive. I'd recommend Dreams.

From the start....easy parking at the store to the delivery of the mattress, every was perfect.
Staff at the store were knowledgeable, very patient, gave me enough time to choose , not too pushy but gave me their expert opinion. I had a choice of delivery times, and the drivers were very friendly and delivered when stated. It's the first time I have used dreams and it won't be the last.
