New mattress
We were greeted on entering the store and then left to have a look around we were looking for a new mattress when we found one we liked the staff gave us pillows to try for a better experience of the mattress. They showed us the bed tester which showed us our different pressure points to ensure we bought the right mattress. All the staff were friendly and helpful the lady working on Sunday informed us that she had also purchased the same mattress 7 months ago. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and we added the pillows which we had tried out and a mattress protector to our order.

Amazing service by Lorraine from Dreams, Bury
We visited the Dreams Bury branch on Wednesday for a quick look around. We were assisted by Lorraine, who showed us a selection of beds. We mentioned we’d return on Friday to place an order, and as we were leaving she asked our names.
We actually went back the very next day because we couldn’t wait. Lorraine attended to us again, answering all our questions from the start. She then suggested we try the store’s Sleepmatch technology to analyse which type of mattress would best suit us — and to our surprise, she remembered our names perfectly without asking again.
With her guidance, we chose the ideal divan bed, headboard with ottoman storage, and even upgraded to a super king mattress instead of a king, along with the most comfortable pillows. She kindly offered us drinks several times and thoroughly explained the payment plans as well as the benefits of the insurance, which we also opted for.
Lorraine helped us pick our delivery dates and finalised the order, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism, knowledge and kindness truly stood out. I’m genuinely impressed with the service we received and would 100% recommend Dreams to friends and family. We left the store highly satisfied with our experience.

The lady in the shop was very knowledgeable and had lots of time to go through everything. The only thing I was surprised about was the extra price for Saturday delivery. Not everybody can be home all day

Great Mattress
Staff were extremely helpful & helped us choose the right bed for us, a Tempur Smartcool, we are very pleased with this mattress & would recommend anyone looking for a new bed to visit Dreams in Bury.

My house move was delayed 4 times and I had to keep changing the delivery date, but Kyle at the Bury store was amazing and never made me feel like a nuisance.

placed an order last week with jordan at the bury dreams… purchased the foley kingsize ottoman bed… jordan was super helpful he walked me around the full shop showing me all the choices and explaining in detail about the beds that are offered , i also got to go on the massage mattress to see which mattress was a great match with me ! which was very accurate by the way i was also offered a drink ! i felt so at ease and welcome, the staff even helped out with my little one who was kicking up a fuss to make my visit more pleasant ! they really all went above and beyond ! a wonderful set of staff that work there ! thank you so much
