Very straight forward from ordering the bed to it being fitted very impressed thanks Stephen Waddicor

i came in twice and was very impressed with the sales persons knowledgeplus staff member very pleasant named Ahmer even offered coffee and gave me plenty of advice

Result, new mattress is a delight, uninterrupted sleep, feeling more relaxed on awakening, I hadn't realised how 'bad' my old mattress was

I had an excellent experience in the Dreams store in Burnley. Friendly, helpful advice with no pressure to buy (consequently I did).

Absolute joke, television bed arrived damaged and scuffed then television motor broken so couldn't fit it. Terrible after sales service couldn't get hold of anyone we had to chase it up , now waiting till May for replacement. We was promised at store these beds were reliable then fitter says we have had a few broken as they made in China. Matt the Manager was decent and apologetic but as a company not good when you spend 1000s on a bed you expect a prompt replacement when its delivered busted and not wait two months. Bed excellent.Everything went smoothly delivery excellent prompt and very polite workman good job

All went well but be aware that delivery could take a few days depending on the model you want.

The whole experience of dealing with Dreams in Burnley was excellent and the tempur mattress which we purchased is wonderful, finely I can have a good night's sleep 😴

On Saturday 7th February I took my 85 year old mother to buy a mattress in your Burnley Store. I cannot recommend Amir and Hayley highly enough. From the moment we walked in the door they were warm, welcoming and professional. They listened to my mothers needs and then took her through the process of selecting the right mattress for her. Amir was very patient and deliberate in showing her the choice of recommended mattresses in the showroom, before taking her through the paperwork Amir also ensured that she understood what was happening at every step of the purchase making it seamless and stress free. Amir and Hayley then helped us take the added extras of the purchase out to the car, they embodied professionalism with out any pressure and provided a sincere human touch in what is becoming an automated world. Overall this was an excellent shopping experience . "People buy from people" we buy goods and services from individuals we trust, like, and feel connected to. Both Amir and Hayley embodied all of the above and were a credit to your company." 

Helpful staff in Burnley store, no trouble in helping elderly relatives and not pushy.

I was greeted by staff members at the door at the Burnley branch . Then Asif a staff member greeted me in the shop and remembered my phone conversation with him a couple of days prior. Asif was very polite and professional,he made me feel very comfortable and at ease as I have mobility issues. He changed mattresses for me so I could try different ones . I also tried the sleep master . I was asked if wanted a drink of water . Everything was covered by Asif ,nothing was too much trouble for him and I didn't feel like I was put under any pressure to make a purchase. I did make my purchase of the sleepmotion 200i adjustable bed frame and mattress but I couldn't decide to goes for medium or firm mattress but with the guarantee off trying the mattress and changing it if it's not for me made the dicision much easier. I'm now looking forward to my delivery and assembly and I have taken extra warranty for peace of mind.
