Fairly easy for two strong people to erect the bed using the guidance sheet which was provided.

I visited Bromley branch initially for a quote.
I was greeted by Hamish and Jack. I was so well looked after, that I placed order for a bed and Mattress.
The bed came today, just a few minutes later than the dedicated slot.
The delivery men were also very nice and efficient.
Overall I am extremely impressed and will highly recommend Dreams to friends and family.
Hamish and Jack deserve a special mention. They were both very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.

What the showroom did well was listen to my needs and didn't pressure me into a fast decision, they informed me well on things I needed to know and presented me enough options for an informed choice but not be too overwhelming in my opinion I believe his to (4).

The mattress I chose was super comfortable, delivery was on time and the delivery guys were super nice, helpful and thoughtful by wear foot bags before stepping into the house, unpacking and putting the mattress on the bed and even grabbing the rubbish for me. Best delivery experience ever

Great experience
Definitely the young man that served us. I was just browsing and was not intending to buy that day. Mackenzie was professional, informative and made it a fun experience. I went away to think about it and when I returned Mackenzie was busy and I could have been served by others however I was adamant that he got my sale.

My experience with Dreams when ordering…
My experience with Dreams when ordering my new bed was like a breath of fresh air. A company with friendly, intelligent staff both in store and on the phone. Everything went according to plan from ordering the bed at Dreams in Bromley to the delivery. My new bed and mattress are so comfortable too, of course.
