From our first visit to the Dreams store to taking delivery of our new mattresses everything went smoothly.
We wanted two single mattresses which we could put together to make a super king bed. We were given very good advice in store and we are delighted with them. Even better was that they had an offer on the ones we chose.
So comfortable and we are having the best nights sleep for a long time.
Well done Dreams!

Terrible company to deal with. Poor customer service in shop and from head office. When we lodged a complaint with head office, we never heard anything back.

Speaking to the manager in shop was nothing but an upsell waste of time. The customer service hung up on me because I could not repeat myself over and over.

The delivery team was excellent.

The beds themselves are quite nice and come with the bare minimum of what you ordered.

Update : Hassan attempted to reach out to me, I tried calling him back. Discussing issues with this company is difficult in itself.

All excellent - sales, delivery, installation and, of course, the mattress.

I bought a Tempur Smartcool mattress from Dreams Bromborough store through salesman Simon, it was reduced by 5% in a sale and I asked if he could knock any more off he agreed to make it 10%. I cheekily asked if he would throw a pillow in and he passed me a pair and said they were free but when I received the email with my order confirmation he’d charged me £20 for them so I rang the store to tell him and that they were not comfortable anyway, he kept insisting they were free and I could give them to someone, I told him they were not free that he took £20 out of the extra 5% he gave me he then offered me a discount on a feather pillow which cost £40, I didn’t want to spend any more money. I rang back a few days later the receptionist said he was taking a delivery and she’d get him to ring me back, 3hrs later I rang them she said the pillows were free, I could hear his voice in the background so he had refused to talk to me. Good did come out of it I contacted Dreams customer service and they told me to pick a pillow to the same value and posted it to me, it’s nice and comfortable. The mattress was a bit hot at first but I replaced the sheets with 100% cotton ones and got a lower tog duvet. I love it now.

Delivery and fitting was great both men were perfect gentleman

Friendly staff advised us on the types of mattresses that would likely be suitable for us before leaving us to try out some of them in our own time. There was no pressure sales, just a relaxing cuppa and advice if we needed it while trying out a range of beds. Delivery service was excellent and fast.

Delivery time was given to us the day before and it came as described.
The two guys were really pleasant and and delivered the bed to the bedroom and put it all together. Removed all the packaging. Before they left they explained a leaflet about the 100 day garentee.
The people in the Dreams shop were also very helpful too.

I went into the shop itself to choose the mattress, and I took the sleep machine to identify the most ideal bed. Very kind and helpful staff who explained things well for us! The Mattress is very good and has been great for helping my sleep.

We've had our bed 2 weeks now and it's perfect, the mattress is just what we needed, Dave at Dreams Bromborough helped us find the right mattress and gave us all the information we needed to choose.

The delivery process was easy and the delivery staff Christian and Kieron were friendly, professional, helpful and prompt!
