It was a dream
The manager in store on the day was the person to serve us, she was terrific, very informative, thorough and just a pleasant person to talk to.
Once we had decided on the items for us we was offered the same items discounted as previous display, a free mattress waterproof protector (as she could see we have young children), a free mattress collection for our old one which made disposing of this far easier.
There were various payment terms, credit at 0% over 12 or 24 months.
We are very happy with our new mattress and pillows.

We recently went to Dreams Westwood Cross. A very attentive guy called Kai was so very helpful. We did the Sleep match and he explained everything very clearly. He was attentive without being over the top. Offered us drinks and dealt with our order. He was polite, well mannered and a credit to the company.

Love my bed, the space underneath allowed me to put two large boxes on wheels for easy storagees
Delivery was good,as was collection of old bed.Staff were polite and hard working, explained how slatted beds differ from others. I phoned first to ask questions store were most helpful.

From start to finish 1st class service. Great help and information from our salesman, same from our delivery team, who were very polite and helpful.

A smooth process throughout
The whole process from selection, ordering and delivery went very smoothly. Re-assuring emails & texts about the delivery were welcome. The delivery men were polite and experienced and the delivery of the new bed and removal of the old one accomplished in a very short time.
