Choosing a new bed as suffered back and leg pain was so easy.The staff were very polite,informative about products and I am so happy with my purchase.After two weeks my health has improved so much with no back or leg pains. Delivery was on time and bed all set up fine and disposal of old bed and all packaging carried out. Thank you.

A caring company
I was treated as important from the minute I entered the store. I wasn't rushed or pressurised.
The delivery came on time and the men who delivered my mattress checked where it had to go and wore overshoes to protect my carpet. They also were friendly and polite.

Really great service
Really great service, tried the Sleepmatch which was brilliant, we have bought all our mattresses over the years from Dreams in Filton, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great service
Great service, quick and easy (and very comfortable) to find the right bed. Didn't have to wait long for delivery and installation was quick and clean with two experienced fitters.

The executive was very helpful
I went there again today to upgrade but they’re unable to provide the same delivery as before .
Of course they can’t be blamed but I’m disappointed that I have to go with the initial order.

Purchase of a Balearic D Mattress
Purchased a Balearic mattress at the Filton, Bristol branch. The trained, experienced Staff were very helpful. Robin asked if we would lie on the computerised mattress to assess which would provide the best support and then showed us which mattresses would suit within our budget. With his knowledge and help we were able to make the right choice. It was delivered on time as promised by their experienced Drivers who were also very helpful and friendly. It was an excellent service from start to finish! Extremely happy with the Dreams service provided. We had a good night's sleep from the very first use. The 4 pack of Superspring Silent Night pillows made such a difference too; much more comfortable than pillows for sale in standard shops. A really good mattress with great support at an affordable price. Delighted!
