Repeat customer at Dreams. Bought bed frames before, and this time bought a mattress for the spare bedroom. Generally happy with the quality of the products and in-store experience.

Dreams let us take our time to choose
Dreams helped us to understand the many different beds they sell, and to select what might be best for us. They then let us take our time to try out the selections.
The assistant Sophie was very helpful.

Quick & easy
We did happen to go on a Sunday morning so we were the only people there, but we were quick to be seen. Purchase was quick and easy. Delivery was great, even to a 3rd floor flat. We assembled on our own and once we found the instructions hiding in one of the boxes it did take a few hours but it's fairly simple. Hopefully won't need another bed for a while but when we do we'll go to Dreams again first.

The sales people were professional and friendly, very helpful. My bed was delivered within a week. The double bed that I bought is very comfortable. Reasonable cost as well.

Sophie product knowledge was first class, and her customer service skills exceptional. Sophie couldn’t do enough for us , a pleasant experience looking for our mattress .
