Very helpful staff at the Bridgend store. Had to cancel first delivery and young lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend Dreams 👍

Excellent product and service

Bought two mattresses from Dreams in both Llantrisant and Bridgend in the last 6 months for different beds. Colleagues always helpful and polite. Particularly on our last visit to Bridgend, Nickeda helped my wife and I pick a mattress that suited our divergent support/comfort needs (she prefers a medium-firm whereas I need firm-very firm for my back). It took about a dozen mattresses before we found one that suited both of us and was in our price range that we almost certainly wouldn't have found if we hadn't had as much help as we did. Can fully recommend the expertise and product.

100% across the board, the assistant was helpful, knowledgeable, and whilst it was her job to sell me a mattress (That's what I'd gone in for) she was not in any way pushy or expectant that I would buy one on theat visit. But was so helpful that of course I did. And following the slee passist machine and her advice I chose one above my original intended budget. Just waiting for delivery now, and some great nights sleep!

A great service when visiting Bridgend store. Nickeda offered me a drink, gave me some pillow options to try and helped me with the sleepmatch system. She was very helpful in sorting the perfect mattress for my budget. I had a really good deal and am very pleased with the mattress.
The delivery was very straightforward, with lots of communications leading up to the date. The two men took my old mattress away and were very courteous. Would definitely recommend this store.

Baz in the Bridgend store was very helpful and advised us on all our options. There was no pushy sales talk just first class customer service. Delivery was also excellent and the bed arrived spot on time. We paid to have the bed assembled at home and it was worth every penny. Excellent experience & service. Thank you Dreams x

Everything was great - but am disappointed that they now do an automatic lift, which for me would have been wonderful.

Indoor sales rep was brilliant. Really listened to what I wanted and gave me all the time I needed to try out the mattresses. The delivery guy was great, friendly and even gave me advise to let the mattress sit for 2 hours before dressing it. The mattress is perfect. Overall experience, I would definitely recommend everyone to go to dreams. Highly professional, friendly, patient and actually listen to what you want
