They delivered the bed on time, built it up and removed all the rubbish. The mattress is perfect and gives myself and wife the perfect night's sleep

Friendly, helpful staff in the shop who gave us space to make our own decisions. Lots of options on how to pay for our new mattress. Excellent delivery service, with a 2 hour slot. Took us a couple of nights to get used to the mattress but, 2 weeks in, we love it.

100% recommend heading to Dreams for your next mattress. We'd searched online but knew we wanted to test out mattresses to find the best fit. When we arrived at Dreams in Bradford we were greeted by Uzair who was super knowledgeable (even though he had surprisingly only worked there around 5 months). We were offered a drink and Uzair took the time to discuss our needs and offered for us to try the Sleepmatch machine. When we'd initially walked in we'd tried a mattress and both immediately felt it was a great fit, so we were really happy when it came up in our results of the Sleepmatch test (which was a very relaxing experience, like getting a massage!). Uzair and Rebecca the manager were both incredible at helping us get our perfect mattress ordered, along with some great pillows we'd tried too. We went for the Silentnight Sleep Response Relieve 2000 and couldn't be happier. My partner has back pain and we both have different sleeping positions so we are so relieved after years of uncomfortable nights sleep to finally have an amazing mattress where we wake up feeling refreshed.

had to ring customer services, as one draw was had a damaged front, and another drawer was not straight. To be fair they are replaceing the bed base

Shopping with dreams for a new mattress was easy the measured as on the bed 1st to see what sort of mattress were needed took us and showed us to quite a few medical decision. Got us a mattress delivered sharply chaps were lovely. Everything went fine. Really pleased with the service lady that served as excellent.

Dont know where to begin, our experience has been amazing. We was so welcomed when we visited the store by Uzair, he is so lovley and so kind. Uzair talked us through the process, he also helped my mum make a good choice of her matteress. We are very happy with the service that was provided. Thank you so much.

The customer service rep who assisted us with a sleep mobility bed were very knowlegdable and offered tea several times throughout our tome at the store. Russell and Mark who delivered the bed were very polite and professional. Showed us how to use the bed before leaving. Overall well and truly satisfied.

From entering the store (Bradford) to receiving our mattress everything was excellent. Would recommend 👌 Dreams to anyone.

After spending more than 12k with this company over the past 5 years. It’s been 2 weeks and they can’t organise a faulty remote control to be fixed or replaced. I have been down the the Bradford Forster square shop where the actual manager lady who sold me the bed basically told me where to go. So an insurance company that takes over after you apparently buy the beds after filling the online form was supposed to be in touch within 48 hours. It’s now been over a week and my mother can’t use the incline on the 2.6 k Ben that we got from these jokers. I definitely will not be going with this bed brand again. I think in the future if the other beds go wrong I’m in a lot of trouble cos these people simply don’t care what happens after they been payed.

Got a mattress from here we ended up with the Gb paralypic one sales lady was great she explained everything
Great price got blagged into buying 2 pillows at £150 each 🫣 my hubby cant use his its toi low and i had a better bamboo one before wasted £300 for nothing dont fall for it there really not worth the money
Delivery was good got to pick a saturday at extra cost
Lads were great a little cocky but nothing a sharp tongue cant handle
Time will tell we have had 3 week now sleeping better still getting used to it
