Great store, great staff and great choice of beds

Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Kieran was very knowledgeable and helped us confirm the products we wanted to purchase. Whilst we drank our tea he worked out the best value for us and explained additional services. We enjoyed our whole experience in the store.

The help we received deciding on which mattress was
excellent and the new bed arrived exactly when the store told us.
The guys who assembled the bed were also extremely
efficient and professional.

They were very quick and efficient. All the bed was assembled very neatly and all rubbish taken away by them. He then explained settings on the remotes and left. Very pleasant and efficient young men.

Our visit to the showroom was excellent we had a very helpful assistant and as we had to come back the next day with my granddaughter we spoke with her again and chose the small double bed she recommended. Delivery was excellent Kieran and Jonathan were on time and put the bed and mattress together in no time and were very clean and tidy very good service

Kieran at mallard road store Bournemouth was brilliant. Explain everything to me on my level and wasn’t pushy with anything. Bought a new bed, mattress, blanket box and duvet in the sales. Very knowledgable and understanding of my needs and the items in store.
I dreaded going shopping but left very happy with my purchases and would highly recommend to anyone.

As I live in France, I ordered a mattress and cover over the phone for my brother, who is handicapped, I was helped by Sarah who was very kind and understanding helping me to chose the right mattress and at the right price! Recently had a Lucia bedframe delivered.
The team of Steve and Mark were excellent.
Bed delivered in the time frame and assembly completed in less than an hour.
All packaging and old bed removed,very smooth operation.
Would recommend Dreams anytime.

Dreams at Mallard Park -Bournemouth, where Sarah and James gave us the perfect retail experience. They showed both patience and expertise with customer care and the choice of mattress.
Both Sarah and James ensured that my wife and I got the perfect mattress using Sleepmatch the patented sensor that details what type of mattress your body needs.
At first I was a bit cynical but the Sleepmatch machine did exactly as assured and provided the perfect match for our sleep.
