The bed is fab. I had an earlier version of it - the Francis which has worn well. The Francesca is very similar and one of the tallest bases on the market. If you are buying a very deep mattress, make sure you can get on and off easily if you are short.
The delivery was very fast and do yourself a favour and pay the extra for the delivery team to build it for you. They are quick, expert and give you a little explanatory handover and take away the packaging.
I’m delighted with every aspect of the product, service and delivery. Dreams are a dream to deal with.

Not very impressed with mattress

A smooth process from choosing a bed and a mattress, looking at many options and then arranging delivery and assembly. The delivery team assembled the bed swiftly and took away all the packaging. Very comfortable.

Great advice and we got a lot of value for our money

Good sales person in the shop. Very friendly and helpful. Delivery was in time. Took everything to our rooms. Only downside they didn't take any of the packaging away.

Great service from placing order to delivery.

On day of delivery the team kept me well informed. The divan base plus headboard delivered and assembled in room of choice with no issues they even put my heavy mattress on base for me.

Excellent and attentive salesman. I needed a new mattress so the sale should have been an easy win, it was just showing me one that fitted my requirements (and pocket) …how expensive are mattresses!!!
The ‘test’ bed assessing the firmness best suited to you is a very clever idea and has proved, a couple of weeks in, to be spot on. I’m loving the mattress although if I have one criticism, the firmness is marginally different (softer) to the showroom model but I should have bought a new frame to compliment the mattress. A soon to be, future purchase I suspect. Delivery was fast (4 days from purchase) and efficient.

Told date is was due,fone calls n emails was accurate. Had the build service, which was nice n easy and the 2 chaps were so polite and tidy.

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Rose was really helpful and demystified the various different types of mattress making it quicker to choose the right one for us.

At long last a mattress I can sleep on and have no numbness in my arms when I wake up

Brough a bed from dreams was ex- display in excellent condition took photos of all round the bed and purchased it. Salesman was not helpful and was in a rush to go home. Bed was delivered damaged and dreams did not want to know even though they damaged the bed when dismantling it for delivery, delivery men said that the store damaged the bed and they were told to just collect the bed and install it. The salesman was hopeless and said that he was a trainee only been there for 6 months and took no accountability . Manager disappeared when I complained. Would never go to that branch again. Utterly useless customer service department. Was told that if I paid and extra £260 they would change the bed and give me a new one. Worst experience ever.

Salesman extremely helpful . Had a lot of knowledge regarding mattresses and beds. Very pleased with our purchase. Efficient delivery and collection of old mattress.
