The sales person who assisted me was attentive, knew the products, was very helpful and allowed me time to make my choices without pressure or trying to push me to other products that were more expensive. He went above and beyond the extra mile, to be of assistance. Very polite friendly and personable.
Only negative was that I wanted two beds, one available to view and order in store, the other was on clearance and could not be ordered in store, I had to do that myself after purchasing and expensive bed and mattress in store. I would like to have both orders at one store at one time. but needed my big order in store, my clearance offer had to be ordered on line at home.

The Mattress is fine. But the pillows which we paid £120 each for them are not good. I cannot believe I paid that amount of money for a thin pillow, or any pillow come to that. (I must have taken leave of my senses)

Most impressed with the very friendly staff and all the information that I needed to know also the two men Scott and Jack who delivered my new bed and assembled it in a very professional and friendly way it was pleasure to have met them 🤗

The mattress was delivered on the day as promised. The men who delivered it got in touch to say that they were coming and at what time and the change over from old to new went very smoothly.

Good customer service and great installation team I eill never use anyone esle such a professional company the fitters so good ask you are you happy when finished same as your customer service people in the store.

The company did everything they said they would

No complaints about the product (excellent) nor the delivery upon which we were kept fully informed and the delivery slot was met, but just a comment on pricing. We negotiated a £400 lower price than advertised in the shop, 3 days before the offer expired, only to find the deal £200 cheaper than we paid, once the "deal" had finished. I guess when dealing with one if the large dealers, the current deal will not always be the best.

Dreams - what a fantastic company. Our whole experience from looking at TEMPUR Beds and accessories was great. We dealt with most of the team members at Bedford and all of them were consistent, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The Customer Service team were also great on price matching too. All in all a great experience and hats off to them. Also have to mention the delivery guys - great job too in how it should be done. Kept up date in every aspect. 5* from us!
