Excellent selection of beds in showroom with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prompt delivery by more really helpful staff. Really pleased with the bed & mattress we bought.

It was easy to choose a bed. With good advice. The process of delivery was good and went smoothly. The bed is great.

My father had exceptional service a couple of days about with a gentleman called Matthew at the Bath location. Great attention to detail, very pleasant and great service all round. When he visited a second time for a bed a day later a lady even opened the store 30 minutes early to let him in. Again, great service from Matthew.

The mattress is most comfortable and has a high quality finish. It is as s good as expected.
It was delivered on time and the team were smart, careful and very polite when bringing the new mattress in.
All in all very pleased.

I can highly recommend Dreams, the service in the shop was great. Connor knew his stuff! He was friendly and very helpful without being pushy. The delivery guys were professional and kind….my stairs are very steep, with a tight U turn, making it difficult, they didn’t complain. I didn’t realise just how much a comfortable mattress could improve sleep!!!

Connor in the Bath store was a helpful, patient, funny and knowledgeable legend.
We visited 3 times trying to make a decision and he still helped every time. Probably wouldn’t have bought in store but 10/10 would buy 10 beds from this guy specifically. Can’t wait for our new bed to arrive. If Connor quit dreams and became a bed dealer, we’d have his back. We’d host bed parties and all play dungeons and dragons together and live happily ever after. The end.

My bed was delivered on 18th November
The two men who delivered it were very polite. They worked quickly and efficiently. They took the old bed away. They were professional. We had no issues with them at all.

Bianca (Melody) was lovely and helped guide us through all of the processes in the Bath Dreams store. We got our mattress and she made everything feel very clear and straightforward! Great customer experience

I visited the Brislington Branch to find a new mattress. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. To help find the best mattress to suit me, I was guided to the Sleepmatch and from there had several options suggested to me. I was showed mattresses across all price ranges and wasn’t pressured at all in purchasing the most expensive. I went away with a mattress in mind and later visited the Twerton store to purchase my mattress of choice. Again staff were very friendly and I felt welcomed. No products were pushed on me and I was given choices around additional products and services to ensure I got the best value for money. Unfortunately i didn’t get the name of the staff member in Bris, but Mark, from Twerton branch was very helpful. Thank you ☺️
