Super straightforward
We had an incredible experience when visiting Dreams. We were allowed time to look round ourselves, then offered help from Paul. He was patient with us at all times and never pressurised us into making a decision. In fact, we didn’t buy on our first visit and when we returned another colleague Lauren remembered us from our first visit and said she would get Paul for us. They both made us feel so welcome and were attentive throughout. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend them.

The delivery guys were very helpful and friendly, which goes a long way.
The bed itself is really good now we have made it up. No probs, easier than we thought.

Great service great bed loving my sleep! Thank you for a seem less service even the delivery men assembled and took everything away 10/10 my eldest son bought a bed from Bensons and they had to come back three times! So happy we choose Dreams

Excellent Service
We received excellent service at Dreams in Barrow, the employees were very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. They made everything really clear and we are super happy with our purchase. Delivery and removal of our old mattress was quick and efficient and worth the additional fee for the ease.

Visited Dreams in Barrow in Furness to…
Visited Dreams in Barrow in Furness to look at a some beds. And left having ordered a new bed base, headboard, mattress, protector and pillows.
The whole experience was worth it. Emma greeted us as we arrived and left us to browse around. She asked if we wanted any help or information as we were trying the sleep match bed.
She got it set up and asked if we wanted a tea or coffee while we were trying different mattresses after the sleep match told us what suited us, but we still tried others out of curiosity. We chose the mattresses and then decided on an ottoman base that we liked. Very relaxed but personal experience and Emma was friendly and professional with no rushing or pushing products etc.
I would fully recommend anybody to make a visit to Dreams if looking for a new bed or even just a mattress.

Our new bed is "a dream"
Our new bed is "a dream".... ha ha! Exactly what we were hoping for. The zip and link is perfect for us, as a full size superking bed would not have fit up our stairway.

Very helpful and friendly staff
Very helpful and friendly staff. It's not easy buying a mattress and it's a lot of money to spend if it's not right. However the staff in our local store spebt time and helped us find ours, we are very happy with it and we were confident with the 100 days trial option that we could return if it wasn't right for us.c
