Great staff and great mattress 👍 delivery was when said they would come, definitely recommend dreams in broadheath retail 😊

I purchased a mattress from here a couple of weeks ago.Gabby was the assistant who helped me and I found her knowledgeable and really helpful . I needed the mattress to be delivered quickly and she organised for that to be done. It was delivered a couple of days later by two very pleasant delivery gentleman Tom and Jason . The whole experience was pleasant and super easy.

From the minute I walked in, the staff were attentive, friendly, ready to listen to what I was looking for, show the suggested options and give me all the time I needed to try everything out. No pressure to make you buy anything on the spot.

When I went back in a couple of days later, they remembered me and showed me updated options and offers that would suit me, managed a fantastic deal to fit my budget, and I walked out a very satisfied customer.

The delivery crew were also very friendly, helpful and professional.

Visited the branch on 13th June. Was welcomed by Dale and his team and felt totally at ease and comfortable due to their exceptional customer service and general professionalism. I just came in to have a look and get some inspiration, I have left feeling really positive and now know exactly how I would like to upgrade. I didn’t purchase anything today however I will be back. Well done Dreams. I even had a drink to walk round with. Very impressed.

From start to finish Dreams are a dream. So unbelievably helpful in store with the evaluation of what mattress you need to trying all the mattresses to going through the different ways to pay, all seamless and so helpful. Delivery again was a breeze, text messages and emails confirming delivery and a two hour window which is great. The mattress has been perfect, great nights sleep from day one, no more aches or pains on waking and no more waking during the night. I couldn’t fault Dreams or the mattress.

Dale from the Broadheath Retail Park store made shopping for a bed a really enjoyable experience and not a chore . Dale was so knowledgeable and put me at ease , he was funny , friendly and really helpful answering my many questions and showing me various mattresses for me to try to suit any budget . Dale encouraged me to try out the sleep mattress they have which determines which mattress would suit me best , which was a chilled out 3 minutes while the sleep mattress checked out what support I needed . I was delighted with my purchases and the customer service I received from Dale and would definitely recommend if looking for a new bed go and see Dale , thanks Dale , Lesley 😊

Really great service from the team in store at Dreams Altrincham. Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The team helped us on two separate occasions and we are delighted with the outcome.

Helpful staff

Fast delivery on a bed I needed in a hurry. Excellent customer service and notification of time and day of delivery. Bed delivered to upstairs room and packaging removed by delivery men. Very pleased with service and bed.

Excellent service all round from the shop sales , delivery and setup.

Despite ordering something I had not measured properly the shop made no issue on identifying an alternative that fitted.

Rarely do you get as good a service as we received from Dreams.

Just had the best night's sleep on my new dreams bed. Love love love it. Didn't want to leave my bed this morning
