We hadn't gone in to the store with the intention of buying anything but our assistant Jacqueline was so helpful we bought ourselves a new mattress and tempur pillows. The new mattress and pillows are very comfortable and I was also impressed with the quality of the mattress protector we received FOC too.

Staff were great, understood my needs and provided options that meet our delivery timescales.

Needed to buy a mattress for our guest bedroom. Dreams staff were very helpful in explaining our options, determining our needs and showing us various products that met our criteria. We didn't feel pressured into a purchase and found the whole experience stress free.

We had no intention of buying in store, we were just going in to have a look and maybe get a feel for some mattresses. We were greeted when we first arrived. It is no exaggeration to share that Ali is incredible. He was knowledgeable, genuine, knew when to give us space, answered everything and more. As first time buyers of anything bed related we were overwhelmed and Ali’s good humour and friendliness put us at ease. It didn’t matter that the high tech machine was broken as Ali asked us really efficient questions about our sleep preferences. We tried multiple mattresses out and discussed with Ali our likes and dislikes. Again, we had no intention of buying let alone going beyond our budget yet the way Ali explained the benefits of the tempur mattress made it an obvious and easy decision to make. The team were so friendly and collegial and supportive of one another. Ali even noticed when I started to get a bit tired and offered us both bottles of water and to test out our favourite mattresses again. We’re a young couple and this is by far the most expensive item we have invested in so far so I really appreciated how clearly Ali went through the finance options with us. The hundred pound off and free tempur pillows were definitely an incentive. We chose the tempur mattress protector as well with Ali’s advice. I had been concerned about how to best dispose of our current mattress so was delighted and reassured to learn of dreams recycling centre and felt very happy in paying the additional disposable fee knowing that it won’t be going to landfill. We left on cloud 9 so pleased with our purchase and the authenticity of the sales team. I’m so so pleased we didn’t order online and will definitely be singing dreams praises to anyone and everyone that will listen. Ali is an asset to your team and for us the ideal person to have interacted with. Thanks Ali! Thanks dreams!

This was our second mattress purchased from Dreams (still have the same base with drawers and headboard from them 13 years ago). We were pleased back then with the service in store but super impressed with the new machine that reads your body and suggests the best bed for you at the Aberdeen branch in the Union Square Centre.

We really needed a new mattress but finances were a concern due to the Covid Lockdowns and being self-employed, so even though the sales assistant (Alex) spent a lot of time with us and we tried a variety of beds, we did not commit at that time and no pressure was put upon us.

We asked for his card and came back 8 months later, however it was another chap (Alistair) that attended to us this time with the same excellent care. He was especially patient with my difficulty to hear with all the mask wearing and plastic screen at the desk. I wear hearing aids. Was helpful too re suggestion of having our old mattress taken away for recycling. We were lucky to purchase our bed on the last day of their sale plus we got a free double bed mattress protector.

We were kept up to date with e-mails, text and a phone call on the day about delivery. Two friendly young guys delivered our mattress up a narrow block of stairs without knocking over any plants in the lobby, wore shoe protectors, unwrapped the mattress and popped it onto the base. They took the wrapping away too. The service was efficient, friendly, nice and quick.

Night one the mattress felt comfy but obviously not as much as the showroom one for me as I suffer from sciatica and firmness makes it worse. My husband can sleep on anything - anywhere and anytime. Last night was a great sleep and my body did not ache in the morning ...I really felt that the memory foam had shaped well to my body after only 2 nights...I look forward to going to bed now ...very happy all round and 100% recommend this company.
