I had the pleasure of dealing with Martin at DreamLease whilst sourcing my first Lease vehicle.

From the very beginning call to the handover to the admin team for completion, Martin made the process very easy and was an excellent contact to work with. Being my first car obtained through a personal Lease, there were a few questions from my end, but Martin was prompt at answering them and ensuring that I had all the necessary information to make an informed choice.

There was no pressure to make snap decisions or rush me through the process, and as a customer I really appreciated (and benefitted) from this level of customer service. Martin was a great ambassador for the company and I hope he is still with the company when my current Lease deal comes up for renewal.

Zane was really helpful and personable on the phone and broke the lease down into simple terms. Took a few minutes on the phone and then a few minutes completing forms to get a great deal.

We had been looking for an id5 VW for a while and as soon as my husband spoke to Brian Findlay he was straight on the case - order put in immediately, finance arranged, all paperwork dealt with efficiently and delivered to our door with no problems.
