Sadly, we've just moved out of the Drayton on Bedford Row.

From the first time I walked into the office, I was blown away by the whole atmosphere from the decor to the general energy from all the other tenants.

The management team are amazing. Alina, who manages Bedford Row is just fantastic. She always goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble for her. Maria is a great Landlord and will always take the time to have a chat if she's in the office.

I am genuinely sorry to have had to leave The Drayton, but sadly, circumstances meant that we had to move on.

Such a wonderful building and the lounge is so fancy! Manager kate is so nice and patient, very easygoing and helped a lot.

Great space to work in with an amazing location and a welcoming atmosphere. Alina always keeps the place well‑maintained and comfortable. Alina is consistently supportive, approachable and always on hand to help with any queries, which makes a huge difference day to day. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to work and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and well‑run workspace.

Fantastic service, great receptionist

Great place to have an office. The place is always clean, they provide great services, there are often parties and they provide breakfast every Tuesday and Thursday morning. The host at 1 Bedford, Alina, is excellent. She is very helpful, organised, friendly and goes above and beyond for us

Absolutely stunning building that is always fully stocked with supplies and Alina our front of house is always there for support and offers a super sufficient service! Best building if you’re looking for a nice, welcoming office space!

The location is another selling point, with transport links on its doorstep!

A special mention goes to the Drayton team, particularly Hannah and Maddie, who are always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist with any requests. They couldn't be any more helpful!

Rebecca and the team are amazing. They always make you feel welcomed and look after any guests.

The offices give a very warm and luxurious vibe, and are well located!

Great office spaces with incredible value.

A very nicely done up office space with a range of amenities and a wide range of spaces. Everyone's super friendly and you get the sense that the staff work hard to create a great atmosphere.

Lovely building in a really convenient location just a few minutes walk from Holborn station. The staff are helpful and the facilities are excellent.

I recently moved into the new Bedford Row office and couldn't recommend it more.

The office itself is newly renovated to an absolutely stunning standard - it has a warm, luxurious feel but still incorporates all the quirky features that showcase the building's history. Genuinely very well restored. Location-wise, you are very well connected with a number of different stations within easy walking distance.

The team are always on hand with anything you need, which makes a massive difference. There's a very personable feel here which can be hard to come by with London offices. Reception are always very friendly and the building manager is attentive, too.

Bonus points for the free drinks in the members' lounge!
