The DUC have been incredible from start to finish with us. We started our visa process with a company who unfortunately let us down and we were struggling. Thankfully we attended an event in Glasgow and here we met the DUC team. Wes was fantastic answering a lot of questions we had. We then had a free consultation with Jenny and booked their services to help us on our way to Australia. We were going from strength to strength with the support and guidance from all at the DUC. In October 2019 we were ready to submit our visa application. Then Covid hit and we lost all hope. But the DUC didn’t. Eventually in March 2023 we got our visa approved. A lot had changed so we activated our visa in February 2024. And now it’s 2025 and our house is finally on the market and we hope to be in Australia by November 2025! We are so grateful for everything the DUC done for us. From a wonderful met up held at their office to meet others on the same journey, to support and encouragement to continue chasing our dream when we nearly gave up. Overall we would recommend this company to everyone and anyone considering their move down under!

I’m a Filipino currently working as a metal machinist in Taiwan, and I honestly thought it would be impossible for me to pass the Australian skills assessment—but the Down Under Centre made it possible! What made my experience great was working with a client manager that was very patient and assistive all the way and always available to help, assist, clarify and advise. DUC did exceptionally well in explaining to me the process and how the agent works which I hope its a chance many others to take this path will get.

We started with the DUC in August 2024 and had visa granted July 2025. Throughout the whole process we were kept well informed, very helpful even with constant question emails. Everything ran so smoothly and they took care of everything. Would definitely recommend and will be using the DUC to change to permanent visas. There is so much this company offers with the visa, skills assessment, employment, relocation which has made things easier.

We had an outstanding experience with the DUC from start to finish. We had our first call with Jenny in July 2024 and signed up with the DUC in September 2024. We are now living in Perth on a 190 visa (left UK on 10th May)!

Its a long and confusing road trying to emigrate. We were so happy to come across DUC. They have been more than patient, answering questions sharply and put you to ease. They really do make a minefield much simpler and manageable.

They give great advice to help you get your goal as quickly and efficiently as possible. Trust them and they will look after you. Will 100% recommend to anyone looking to emigrate.

We can't recommend The Down Under Centre enough, especially Jenny Baker! We questioned whether to use a migration agent for our permanent residence visas due to the additional cost and lots of people on facebook groups saying you could do it yourself. However we decided to go with the DUC for peace of mind as we didn't want to put all our money into applying for visas for them to then be declined. And we are so glad we did! From first contact to visa grant was less than a year which Jenny predicted when we first spoke. Jenny has also been a wonderful calm influence all the way through whenever we had a bit of a wobble or the anxiety started to creep in. Thank you so much Jenny and the rest of the DUC team for everything you do. The 7am phone call makes it all worthwhile!

Using the DUC was the best decision we ever made. Our agent, Jenny, made the process so simple and easy from the first phone call. She helped with every step and there was never a question she couldn’t answer. We were initially invited to apply for the 189, but had to withdraw due to personal reasons, however, when we went back to reapply, Jenny made it easy just to pick back up where we’d left off. We’ve just had our 190 visa granted and could not be happier. I don’t know how easy this process would be to do on your own, but whilst working and running a family, it was nice to know that we could leave it all in Jenny’s capable hands. If you are looking for an agent to make your application journey simple and stress free then the DUC is 100% the company to choose.
