This is one of the best wigs I've gotten in a long time! It's exactly as described, the lace is amazing, and the length is perfect! The customer service was awesome too. I had some delivery issues, but they responded quickly and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

The customer service representative is extremely patient and friendly, they reply to emails very fast as well. All in all, a good shopping experience.

I have to say, the wig I got from Dorsanee Hair is truly one of the greatest I've ever bought. My hair looks natural. With very little hair loss, no odor at all, and an amazing texture.

I bought three units from Dorsanee Hair. The lace doesn't work perfectly, but after trimming it, it's okay. Dorsanee wigs are more durable than namebrand synthetics. The natural black color works for me, but they have lighter options too. The hair isn't completely straight, but has a nice wave. It's worth thinning them out for a more natural look!

The customer service is superb. I got a reply within an hour after emailing them my questions. I placed an order for the Straight 13x4 Transparent HD lace frontal human hair wig from Dorsanee Hair. The shipping was very quick and I received it in just three days!!

I love Dorsanee Hair! I found it on Instagram. The hair is of amazing quality considering the price. I've been able to reuse the hair, and only started to see shedding after around the 5th installation.

At first, I didn't like the way the hair was layered, I managed to pull this wig off, and make it look great. Different styles also can hide the way the wig is layered. The wig was soooo softtt, no weird smell n it was the right length.

I got their 30-inch water wave wig from Dorsanee Hair. The quality is truly excellent! The curl pattern is exactly like in the picture and it doesn't SHED at all! The straps at the back provide a great tight fit so it won't slide backwards and such. The texture is great and it's definitely worth the money!

I have been a customer of Dorsanee Hair for 2 years. I have bought more than 10 units and I am extremely satisfied with each and every purchase. The hair is soft and easy to manage. They are very prompt in responding to their customers and provide outstanding customer service.

I AM NEVER PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! This company is a BIG SCAM. This was my first time purchasing from this company and I ordered a 20 inch wig. Upon opening the wig, I noticed that the wig seemed much shorter than 20 inches. The wig also had areas where the hair was more sparse than the rest of the wig. I immediately wasn’t happy with the quality of the wig and decided to reach out to the company to make a return. I emailed them saying I wanted to return the wig and did not get a response, so I tried the other communion methods listed on their website (Whatsapp and IMessage), once again I didn’t receive a reply. It wasn’t until I asked if I could just exchange the wig for a different length so that it would at least be the length that I originally wanted, that they decided to reply. They ended up replying days later and saying that because of the Labor Day weekend they were out office…. At this point I was fed up with the customer service and decided that I actually wanted to go through with returning the wig. They asked if I could give them feedback on what was wrong with the wig as they “always” receive good reviews on the particular wig that I bought. They also sent their return policy and asked if I could read it. I read the return policy and let them know that I had a chance to review it, that my return fell within the requirements of their policy, sent them pictures of what was wrong with wig as per their policy, and explained what was wrong with the wig per their request. After that it’s just been radio silence ever since. I’ve sent them multiple messages on both WhatsApp and IMessage, and emails. However, no one is responding to any of my emails or messages. Im basically just being ignored by the company. This is completely unprofessional, if a customer wants to make a return they should be allowed to do so with ease. It’s not right for the customer to be stuck with a poor quality product, while the company gets to keep their hard earned money. I feel like I was scammed out my money and that this whole company is just one big SCAM. I’ve been dealing with this issue since May 3rd, 2024. It is now May 19th, 2024 and this issue has still not been resolved, and no one has gotten back to me regarding the return.

Ordered a week ago for my BIRTHDAY and haven’t received any shipping details nor any delivery. I’ve emailed numerous times and even went out my way to text you all on instagram and TikTok AND call you which I can never get a hold of anyone. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable especially since this is for an important date for me. Before buying from you all I did my research to confirm this wasn’t a scam but you all are pushing me to think you are and I find it very disrespectful to play with someone’s money like that. If you all have “fast shipping” and “good customer service” why haven’t I received my package nor can get in contact with anyone???

Once ordered, the tracking showcased stuck in China for WEEKS. No response to the many emails sent for status. Paid a good bit of money for this wig. I would recommend LUVME wigs which are good quality and a GREAT tracking and RELIABLE company.

Again, youve been warned!!! Run with your money.

There were not many emails and once I shared this an email popped up. Where after days is the unit, in reply of your recent email I shared the order number. In addition I am not the not consumer to rate a 1 experience, there is a reason.

I ordered 2 wigs from this company. One of the wigs was as described, but the other wig had a ridiculously small cap size and could just about fit on my hand. I contacted the company for a refund, and they started speaking about measuring the wig to fit my head size. I reiterated that the wig was too small and that I just wanted a refund. They proceeded to say that they'd offer a £15 refund on a $149.20 wig. Which is absolutely outrageous to even suggest. They finally gave me their shipping details, but of course I had to pay the £36 myself to return the item. I provided proof that the item was delivered back to their warehouse, including a signature and they're trying to say that the item can't be found in their warehouse and that I must contact DHL. I would avoid buying from here because you won't get a refund if the wig is unusable. I have already contacted my card merchant.

Never received hair or a refund. Will Never purchase from here again.

I kept seeing a 30 inch water wave wig advertised for a beginning of the year flash sale.. tired to research the company before buying the wig for 189.00. As soon as I took the wig out the bag I knew it was not 30 inches. Measured the hair stretched ..on the frontal I got about 16 inches from lace to tip.. middle of the wig I got about 23 inches fully stretched and the last weft of hair sewn on the wig I got a few strands measuring 26 inches fully stretched. The company had turned commenting off on their social media pages and I now find this to be a huge red flag. Am trying to find a way to send this back and get a refund . Very disappointing.

I absolutely love this hair. It is so natural looking and I’ve had it now for months and it seems like it gets better with time. It is very thick and sturdy. Very well made.
I ordered their V part kinky straight hair.
I originally ordered a Upart by mistake and the customer service was so well that they changed it with no charge.
The unboxing was everything. It came in a nice wig box that had a magnet inside was a silk bag the wig a wig band. A head band and lots of other goodies.
I can not complain at all. Thank you so much!
I will def be ordering again
