Superb customer experience. Came in store and not fully decided on what we wanted. The worker showed us their portfolio of doors which were similar to our preference & kept our best interests at heart, not trying to sell the most expensive door. The doors were delivered on time, efficiently with no fuss whatsoever. Brilliant service

The Doors I have had at my apartment are amazing. They are strong heavy doors which I like to have. The service I received when I went to the show room was amazing. The staff were great and as was the experience. Showed me different types of doors and they really envisioned what I wanted.

Purchased 2 doors from Doors 2 floors for my new conservatory and experience from start to finish was great. I didn’t even have an idea what type of door I wanted, gave the room colour and style I wanted and i was presented with 2 doors when i visited the showroom. Great quality doors for great price with great service no messing about

When i first ordered 1 door they were amazing. The door did have a little scrach but wasn't to fussed as it was at the bottom. Spole to the staff and they were happy to exchange but as it wasn't to noticeable i just kept it.

Second time round i ordered additional 7 doors with handles and hinges. The service which i received was terrible.

Firstly i didnt recive no email confirmation stating my order. But whenever i called up they requested a web code which should have been on my confirmation email.

Secondly they called me 30 minutes before delivering my doors without any notice what so ever. Normal practice is that they inform you that they will be delivering on such day but with this company it was literally 30 mins notice.

Thirdly the delivery came wrong. The doors arrived but no handles or hinges. Called them up and they got it sent out. When i did recive it they messed up the order again. Hinges were wrong and incorrect locks came.

I then called them up again and the staff said he will send the correct items with next day delivery. 2 days went by and still didnt recive anything. So i called them up again and requested for a tracking number. They stated they had to use a different courier and they could provide a traking number. 1 hour later i received a sms from dhl with my traking number. When i did check the status of my parcell it showed that it was just picked up shortly after my call.

As there was a huge delay i ended up having to by the extra materials from a local shop and return the wrong hinges and handles. They said they will refund in 3 to 5 working days. Took almost 2 weeks to get my refund as there was a 'delay'.

To sum up i will not be ordering from this company again. Nice people over the phone but to many mistakes.

Ordered 2 pairs and 2 doors. The pairs were delivered after 6 weeks and were the wrong size. Then 2 months later I finally received the rest of my order and replacement doors. One door was a completely different style and damaged. Another was 2nd hand and had already been trimmed down.

I will not order from this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought some very expensive doors from this company and had them delivered.

Arrived 6 weeks later instead of 5 working days and when they eventually arrived most doors turned out damaged and when I tried to contact the company they totally ignored my calls. My honest advice is avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Have been advised to pursue via bank and possible court litigation.

Bought 2 oak doors, checked they were in stock and had them delivered in 24 hours, excellent service, kept informed.ed every step of the way. Would recommend..

The door arrived 3 week late, the door was severely damaged,I was offered 40,00 and told to use the door,chased for a replacement but advised manager not here,I have now reached out to my bank for a refund,very poor customer service and unprofessional

Ordered and "in stock" item which after 6 weeks hasn't shipped. Called them three times, every time there was an excuse why they can't look at it right now (warehouse closed, boss having another call etc) but promised to call back. Never happened. Three emails I sent to them were left unanswered. Working now to cancel the credit card transaction through my bank.

Quality, price, delivery service all exceeded expectations. Will be recommending them as much as I can.

Would absolutely recommend the team were super helpful put my order straight through and I love my doors thank you. And especially to Ish for always coming back to me and being super efficient

I recently ordered a total of 11 doors (9 black Vancouvers & 2 Oak DX60s) from this company for 2 of my customers. I’m a self employed joiner/sole trader & I got let down with this order from another supplier, so I got in contact with these guys.
From start to finish they were brilliant, very helpful & great communication right through the purchase & collection process. I dealt with Ish mostly who was superb but all the staff I spoke too were top notch & I can’t fault em..I’ve no doubt i will be dealing with this company on a regular basis from now on..well done guys keep up the great work.

I bought my doors and other accessories from them. Amazing service by Junaid who spent more than an hour helping me find the perfect products. As well as this the orders placed came quickly and on time. I would definitely recommend to others.

To be honest they don’t even deserve one star but had no choice. Very poor service make a lot of promises up until you place the order. Then do not update you. I had to chase my order several times and no one has the decency to call me back. I will never use this company and would recommend you all not to as well. I am a trader and this has affected my reputation as well. as they promised the doors to be delivered in a week and then kept fobbing me off to the point I have asked for a full refund. Sufyaan is totally a liar and did not return any of my calls to the point I rang from another number and gave another name and then I was able to get through to him. Still no luck with the doors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very pleased with the service I received, delivering personally to my home at 8:30 in the evening, not many would do that for a customer

Searched around for a couple of weeks before I made my purchase from doors to floors . Found they are the cheapest prices online. Polite and knowledgeable staff.Will buy again 👍
