Brilliant company to purchase from. Prices were competitive and the items arrived and were great quality. Customer service kept me in the loop the whole time and things arrived quickly. Would really recommend.

We ordered a new Matt Bronze Letter Plate and matching Matt Bronze Lock Door Handles and they arrived really quickly and were just what we wanted!

We have ordered three times over the past two years from door furniture direct, to our home in France,the items knobs, rustic hinges etc, great, and customer service, JUST FANTASTIC, (a glass cabinet knob fell of after 2yrs, colour discontinued, but they found one from somewhere, posted it foc)

Was trying to order a fingerplate. When I tried to pay the basket jumped 3.25 from 16.25 to 19.50. I rang the 'help line' an incredibly un 'helpful' woman kept parroting that she needed the item number despite my explaining the problem which was the jump in price

I was recommended this company by my neighbour who had purchased some door handles. As I needed a similar one (chrome knob) I ordered online. The service was brilliant as I accidently ordered 2 and had to cancel one. I received the product in perfect condition and it was installed the same day.

I ordered a spy hole for a composite door, easy Website to place order. Even had a phone call from company to confirm before despatch. Product arrived next day, and is now fitted.

No option for ZERO stars!! This company has earned ZERO stars.
I was verbally told by a female member of staff (on 10th January 2020) from this so-called company that they had 13 handles in stock and that the order balance of 14 off would be delivered to them daily. I ordered 14 off on that basis and today (14th January) after checking the status I was told by another female staff member that the handles were not in stock and were expected by the end of the week. I consider this to be deliberate lies and deception to an unbelievably scummy level - presumably to get the order. Companies and individuals that stoop to this level should NOT be in business but at least anyone contemplating buying from them has been warned of my experience. Take the chance and don't believe me - to your extreme disappointment I'll bet! Just look at the other reviews for yourself!! Do they care? Without doubt - NOT!! I was dismissed without even being given the chance to speak with the director/manager - the lady I spoke with said SHE was the manager!!! Another lie!! who knows! Probably the worst aspect of all is that apparently NOBODY told me there were 13 handles in stock!! They obviously have ghosts!! - THREE members of staff!! All they offered me was Cancellation!!! Interestingly, I was told that they did not contribute towards TRUSTPILOT!! Amazing!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service! ordered some push pull plates 3 almost 4 weeks ago and then told we need to wait another 7 days for delivery, called today to be told we need to wait another 4 days!! told nothing they can do, so discussed with my director who said cancel the order, called to cancel and the conversation went like this:

Hi, its Karl from signs express Nottingham, could i please cancel the order i was just talking to you about.

DFD "yeah, I've done it" then hung up.

how are businesses like this staying afloat is beyond me!

Online ordering worked fine. Ordered hardware was at a very competitive price. They even rang me up to cancel some unnecessary extra screws that I had ordered, as the door hardware I had ordered came with screws already included. Delivered quickly - 2 days after order.
