I recently attempted to return an item I purchased from Donna Karan and reached out to their customer support to request a one-time waiver for the return shipping fee. Despite explaining that I was not fully informed about the return policy before placing my order and would have reconsidered the purchase had I known, the representative simply repeated scripted apologies without offering any meaningful solution.

It wasn’t about the $6 fee—it was about the rigid approach and lack of genuine customer care. In today’s competitive retail environment, I expected better flexibility and consideration, especially from a brand like Donna Karan. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed, and I won’t be purchasing from them again. I hope this review helps guide others in making informed decisions before ordering.

Mint after, i sent an e-mail to change the colour. No one answer. In the chat, after 20
Minutes waiting, “sorry it was 30 mint to change the order”
Is not correct. The FAQ say “ Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible! With this, we can only make changes or cancel an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed.” Doesnt say how we Can do it, by e-mail, in the chat….

Bought a dress and needed to return as it was too big. Wrote to customer service since 11/11 and till date, still no reply.

The top I recently purchased from Donna Karan was sized properly and is beautifully made. It is styled on the diagonal with its attached camisole and makes for a lovely look either over a skirt or slacks.
