Donna has been great at the start but once puppy was taken home I haven't heard from her despite promising updates. I did not receive responses to my messages when contacted her.

I have been using Donna stud service and her boy are gorgeous and friendly and know their job very reliable not rushed and she is always happy to work around your schedule 10/10 would recommend x

My girl Bella (black & tan cavalier) delivered 5 amazing puppies, 1 boy and 4 girls, Honestly I’m over the moon and a big thanks to you Donna.
You made the mating part easy and your support has been a god send.

We knew from our initial contact with Donna that she was the breeder we wanted our new addition to come from.

Her knowledge, passion and commitment is amazing, we had regular updates and any time we wanted to contact her with either a question or query it was no problem what so ever.

On the day we went to pick up Ralfie, she gave us lots of info, advice, reassurance and some helpful tips as although my partner has had dogs before I haven’t and to be honest I was a little apprehensive about the first few days, but leaving with the knowledge that she is there to still contact whenever if we have a question really put my mind at rest.
If you are considering a new puppy then we would most definitely recommend Donna Jay.

Donna J what can I say, I have followed your socials for over a year as I was looking for another fur baby having had to put my little boy to sleep 2 years previous. I was blown away with how devoted you were with your litters. Your puppies are incredible, well looked after and bred second to none.

The moment I contacted you, I knew you were the breeder I would have my baby from. You didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or pressured just welcomed and supported with an abundance of knowledge around the Cavapoo breed. Having only had Miniature Schnauzers previously this was so important to me.

The communication between us has been phenomenal and I have felt reassured throughout the whole process.

Donna has been incredible from start to finish. When I told her the puppy would be for my autistic son, she kindly put me at the top of the waiting list and only showed me puppies with calm behaviour that would suit him best. The first litter wasn’t the right fit for my son, and she was so patient, promising to show me the next litter instead. She never made me feel rushed and was completely understanding of my family’s needs.

When it came time to pick up my puppy, I arrived late, and Donna still gave me all the time I needed. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or pressured just welcomed and supported. On top of that, she was funny and amazing to be around, which made the whole experience even more special.

She has always been quick to answer my questions whether before I got my pup or even afterwards which gave me so much reassurance as a first-time dog owner.

The whole process showed how much she genuinely cares, not only for her puppies but also for the families they go to. I’m so grateful for the beautiful puppy I now have and for Donna’s kindness throughout. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a breeder who goes above and beyond.

When me and my family was looking for a breeder we looked at a few and came across Donna and I just had a really good feeling . We watched all her posts and what she does with her puppies and we just new she was going to be our breeder . We contacted Donna and right from the start I new I made the right decision. My daughter is autistic and has ver high anxiety so wanted a puppy for her and Donna has give us the perfect puppy for my daughters needs. He is there at her side with so much love and afection ,we are just so in love with our little fur baby Russell. Donna is an amazing women and is always there for you before and after you have a puppy from her . Her puppies are exceptional . Mated her dogs with my female dog.
she was unapproachable and always to the point
Had an appointment on Sunday due to a bereavement had to rearrange.
She arranged for today. I drove 60 miles to see her only to get a text at 13.58
For an appointment for 14.00 to say we have to rearrange. No apology no phone call. Just one word texts.
Felt like she took my money and couldn’t be bothered. Will be taking Coco to the vets this week for a scan
The way she dealt with me she does not deserve 5 stars

Donna Jay is a dedicated and very experienced breeder. She is very professional and caring towards her dogs and pups.
Our beautiful little girl is just perfect, her temperament and confidence is fantastic.
I would 100% recommend her if you want a healthy confident pup.

She was brilliant from our fist conversation to picking up our puppy any questions asked straight away.

When we first started looking for a puppy we were looking for a Black and Tanned cavapoo but also someone trust worthy so when we come across Donna it was a sign! With her 20 years experience we had no doubts. From start to finish the process was stress free and smooth sailing. She made our first time buying a puppy an absolute breeze. I found Donna on tik tok and I could see she was a very professional and caring breeder. I have recently picked up my beautiful toy cavapoo from Donna and she is perfect. Her temperament is fantastic. She was bathed before I picked her up Donna provided us with all the info we needed to take our babies home, with a lovely added little gift for the owners aswell as dog food etc for the pups. I would definitely recommend Donna as a breeder if you’re looking for the best! Would 100% buy another pup from Donna in the future ☺️ thank you! X
