The guys are 100% reliable. I trusted them with my phone, laptop, and PC and all came back in factory condition or better. I am happy to recommend them because their level of customer care is exceptionally high, they are very knowledgeable about electronics, and will treat you fairly and squarely. The pricing is keen and competitive and represents value for money.

I had the best experience there. This afternoon Mike fixed my phone’s microphone and screen. Instead of making me spend a ton of money, he showed me how he could repair these things with simple adjustments. For someone like me who needs a working phone but is on a budget, I could not be more appreciative. Go there!

I went to Dr Gadget in Gosford, because my laptop battery was not working. I had changed the battery to a new one but they said it was useless so they changed anyway.
The first problem was that they lost my laptop for approximately 5 months and I had to make a formal complaint to an ombushman so that they gave it to me, the man who works there was very rude and unprofessional.
The second problem now is that the battery they changed does not work and my laptop does not last more than 5 min on.

AMAZING! Professional, friendly and very helpful! Reasonable prices, they had my iPad Pro 12.9 inch screen which was smashed fixed on the SAME DAY it’s like brand new! They communicated really well, fast and he took great pride in his work! Apple told me it was not fixable and told me to to trade in a bd buy a new one… but these guys worked their magic! I will always go to them first for their professional advice now.

The staff in Dr Gadgets were very kind and helpful. They sorted my phone for me and when I needed a new phone they transferred all the data and information for me. I couldn't have done this myself so was very grateful.

So I I had a small crack that didn’t affect the phone but annoyed me none the less and wanted a new screen fitted, whilst in Romford I saw a shop (dr gadgets in Romford) and thought to get it repaired they said it would cost £110 and I agreed they said pop back in 30 min which I did the phone screen was fixed (so I thought) they also said I have a free 12 month warranty I then left. A few days later my screen started to flicker and the movement on the screen started to be slow moving I then noticed the screen was coming away from the phone so I went back and said they didn’t fix my screen properly and that it’s still under warranty, they didn’t care and tried to charge me again for it to be fixed which I refused, I then went to apple and explained to them what happened so when the engineer had a look they fitted a very cheap screen that should have cost no more than £40 to put in, they also found that they damaged the phone on the inside when fitting the screen so not only have a paid for rubbish they have also cost me more money to get it repaired properly in total this has cost me just over £400 to fix now that’s included with there cost. I advise everyone to don’t go there or use them as they are con artist and will most likely rip you off.

Have an iPhone 6 with a gps issue which i had trouble getting repaired but
found Dr Gadgets on google and gave them a go,
Thankfully I did as from start to finish was an excellent experience and a first time fix within an hour and a half.

I visited Dr Gadget in Romford to get a new screen fitted for my iPhone XS. They provided a quick efficient and really helpful service and I would definitely use them again.

I bought a very reasonably priced tower computer from the shop and because I had a slight problem, they spent a couple of hours sorting out the problem, and the result is now a fully running machine, with a performance that is comparable to a machine costing very much more. They are friendly and courteous and I would recommnd them for all your computer, accesories and mobile needs.

I took my. Computer to install word documents and others ,the money I was charged was reasonable.They also went extra mile to assist me in going through my computer.i came back again because I wanted to save some audio files in my computer they assisted me again without charging me Thanks very much for that I will always come back

Just an update on the headphones that I brought from here,broke on the first day and wouldn’t give me a refund or exchange instead threw them back at me and said I broke them. Also went on to take a photo of me on his phone. I have been in touch with trading standards and have been advised to proceed to get a refund as it is my right,they have also logged the complaint and said if there’s more they will look into it. However I really can’t be bothered to argue with these rude people but please be aware of this before buying anything from there shop or getting your phones fixed,look at there reviews,and if anything like this has happened to you or someone you know please report it to trading standards and stop them from doing this, £25 I paid for the headphones.

They are thief and liars they always charge you more for doggy and Chinese c class stuff don’t buy from them 100 % fake and doggy stuff they got fake headphones and fake accessories.

This is probably the only iPhone repair shop with most experienced technicians. I had a problem with my iPhone 7 touch It was freezing, I went to apple and they gave me a HUGE quote so I brought it to this place at Brewery mall and fixed in two days. Now it's working perfectly

Had a problem with a cracked screen.

Mohamed was absolutely brilliant. Explained everything clearly and was always very polite and eager to help. A real credit to the company. Would highly recommend.

Bought iPhone 7 from Dr Gadgets' friendly staff at a very reasonable price. Thinking to buy some iPhone accessories from them as well.

I would recommend Dr Gadgets to recycle/sell my phone again. The process was quick and after posting I had the money in my account within a couple of days.
