Lots to choose from in the garden and in the store. Check out staff very helpful.

Very neatly displayed garden centre outside, however, I couldn't find what I wanted as none of the display of plants were in alphabetical order. Therefore I was just wandering around trying to find particular plants and found it confusing. This needs to be addressed which would be more attractive to customers. Pleasant staff on tills.

Most of the experience I was pleased with but I could not get all the items I wished to buy and when I returned home one was damaged. Staff helpful and polite.

I was quite happy with the service, all my questions were answered and I found what I wanted. However, I do think that the previous arrangement of the outdoor plants in alphabetical order was very helpful.

Unfortunately 3 of the 6 plants we bought have struggled to survive. I've managed to just about pull 1 of them back but two are still struggling. I'm not new to keeping house plants or gardening so it's disappointing it's been so difficult to keep them alive. Wouldn't really want to chance buying from Dobbies again. Also we asked to speak to a member of staff about our trees, when he turned up he walked straight past mumbling something about busy and we were left standing around not knowing if someone was going to help us or not. After about 10 minutes we were helped. Unfortunately not a great experience with Dobbies.

Very helpful staff , ordered an Arbour and the staff kindly loaded it in the car for me . Very pleased with it and hope to get a lot of use out of it.

You are my local garden centre and I show you loyalty as much as is possible. To come to you in the middle of July for slug pellets, no particular make, just slug pellets and you have none. How ridiculous is that. Over expensive plants and no slug pellets!!!

They were so helpful and friendly especially as our dog decided to play up and their knowledge helped us find some treats for him

I felt very safe as there was plenty of hand sanitiser around and it was very quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Disappointed to find Dobbies did not have any hardy cyclamen or polyanthus in stock first week of December. Only had Christmas flower arrangements I went elsewhere to buy what I wanted.

I hadn't been able to buy a normal-sized bag of horticultural grit at Dobbies for months, despite carefully looking for it. On my last visit, I was directed to a small pile of very small bags of the grit, so I purchased 3, reluctantly as they were not good value for money.

Good place to go to find things you need for your garden.

Good variety of healthy plants on offer. A safe environment for shopping.
