Well stocked garden centre with great choice of plants.
Clean and comfortable restaurant with efficient and courteous staff that took our order and drinks and food on our table in record time. Tasty and good value food. Excellent experience

Staff were attentive, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Stock was plentiful and comprehensive. Prices were acceptable and the food in the restaurant was very nice. We also always enjoy chatting with other customers and their dogs..!!

We visited the restaurant for afternoon tea for my dad's 91st birthday and we were all blown away by how perfect it was. Sunshine was streaming through the large windows; the food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented; and our waitress, Lorraine, was amazing. I would say that she went out of her way to make Dad's day special, but everything was so natural that I suspect she was just being herself. Every restaurant needs a Lorraine.

Love the colour and choice of new plants and bulbs. Good prices for great quality plants. Lots to browse Inc gifts and lovely garden furniture. Always enjoy drinking coffee and eating cake in cafe and staff always knowledgeable and helpful in store

The staff were and always are very helpful, whenever you ask questions.
Allan was particularly helpful to us, on this occasion as we were looking at garden furniture.
They were having problems with their till on the drinks and cakes area, but we were soon directed to a table in the restaurant section where we ordered our coffees.
Cirencester Dobbies is always good; clean toilet facilities, and the eating areas are always kept clean. I often meet friends there for coffee and catch up.

Lovely choice of spring plants - bought too many!! You can tell they are all looked after really well & they look lovely in our planter.

Enjoyable afternoon looking round all depts. Great coffee shop with plenty of room.

A quick and easy shopping experience. Easy to park, good levels of stock. The Cafe was pleasant, deluxe chocolate drink was delicious. No queues at any of the the checkouts.

Cirencester Dobbies Restaurant is very friendly and very helpful, the food and drinks are always brilliant. recently we had a problem booking an occasion online with a gift card so we went to the restaurant and a very helpful lady called "Nina" who was very helpful booked it for us. We always like going to Dobbies in Cirencester!! because the staff are so friendly and the food is very nice

Dobbies are alway helpful, very friendly and the cafe is always a pleasure to go into.

My visit was for something specific which I found and purchased. I was also able to takeaway my complimentary birthday gift.

Had a coffee and cake and the person serving us was very friendly and helpful. Also got bought a lovely Christmas decoration and coat in sale.
