I always have a great experience at dobbies. The staff are friendly and bend over backwards to help. Especially the poor christmas tree guy, he was frozen to the bone in -8 temperatures. But even he was happy and smiling. I can't fault dobbies or their staff

Sorry to say that I was very disappointed with my visit to the store today. It is not nearly as welcoming as it used to be, and there were no members of staff to assist in the food section. So I went to the customer service desk, which was the only checkout open, and waited at least five minutes while the cashier and previous customer argued over her change. When she then started asking if the other customer wanted to know about a loyalty card, instead of at least getting another member of staff to serve me, I had had enough, replaced my trolley, and left. Won’t be back.

staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - they take time to greet you and are happy to share experience and suggestions. Even when it is busy they make you feel that your trade is important to them - and they don 't use self service tills, they serve you happily and are always friendly and interact with you

Enjoyed a free coffee and cake, which was quite expensive, then bought my dogs treats, and some Xmas cards. As usual enjoyed browsing. Only popped in for the dogs treats.

Good choice of plants. Was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for with 20% discount. Received warm welcome at the door and was offered assistance to take items to my car which was much appreciated.

We have been going to Dobbies for years. They have a great range of gardening products, a clothing section, a food section and books and Xmas decorations and a great restaurant. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

went for Christmas decorations and was impressed with the variety. Also went into the coffee shop and had a roll and coffee but was not happy about the length of the que the girls were run off there feet needed more help.

Excellent friendly service from Angela who was a great help in explaining to me how my promotion voucher worked and what benefits I would receive which helped me to save money on my Xmas shopping. Thankyou

The staff are always very helpful very polite and friendly,so that makes you want to go back again.The plants are always well looked after and that is what you want for your garden.
